Nice new hotel, amazing view of the Nile, and lovely attentive staff. They have a nice breakfast which is included and served to you on their rooftop restaurant. Would strongly recommend this stay to anyone looking for a good value hotel in Aswan.

Nice view from the roof top, and people are nice.
But the water sink, bathroom was not good for us.
