There is no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast is a buffet, delicious, there is plenty to choose from. Coffee only in capsules from a coffee machine. We asked at the reception for two additional bottles of water, they gave it to us without any problems) opposite the hotel there is a hypermarket, a bus stop, its own free parking. I recommend!

The overall environment is average, not as good as the Hampton Inn in China. I have to praise the long breakfast time, which saves a lot of time for finding food. The room is narrow and the facilities are a bit shabby. The toiletries are only equipped with two toothbrushes (there is not even a mouthwash cup, which can be regarded as extremely shabby). I was given two room cards, one card cannot open the door and the other card cannot be used for the elevator. There is a certain probability that the door will not be locked after closing, so before leaving, I have to bend the door handle again to prevent the room from being unlocked. The most complaining thing is that we booked two rooms from Ctrip, but the two orders were all on the same room, and the other paid order disappeared. In any case, if I have another desire to live in Ibis (and, most likely, there will be such a desire), I will gladly stay in Ibis Astana.

Advantages: There are many shopping malls within 3 kilometers, there is a supermarket downstairs, and there is a fast food restaurant opposite. Disadvantages: The room has a bathtub, and it is a bit inconvenient to take a shower. The breakfast is very ordinary and not as good as eating directly in the supermarket. The mattress and pillow are OK, but the bed legs are a bit crooked.

Замечательная гостиница. Завтраки по домашнему. Так же ужинали пару раз, очень вкусно. Приветливый персонал. В номере чисто. Немного удаленно от центра, но такси приезжает без проблем и стоимость не большая.
