If you’re dreaming of clean air and beautiful Mountain Views reconsider The St Regis . There is construction across the street making it a view of a dump. It’s loud and dusty . St Regis said they were sorry but it’s like that for 2 years. Paying St Regis prices I would expect more. There are plenty of fabulous hotels in Aspen

In general we have a good impresion, but: 1) It was our honeymoon trip and we have ordered flowers on arrival. We confirmed the tipe of flowers by email with concierge, but on arrival no flowers were in the room. Only an email from concierge on the next day, telling that he was off, that's why we could not get the flowers. 2) Every day there was a line to breakfast restaurant. Not long, but still it took time. 3) Hard to make a reservation to the SPA. (Pool inside is super extra small).

Upon arrival we were greeted by bellman, Bryan, who was and is exceptional. He gave us valuable information on where to go, what to do and everything inbetween. The St Regis excels all around in overall service and cleanliness with very comfortable accommodations. I hope to stay at other resorts in this chain.

The St. Regis staff was outstanding and attentive. Especially, Javier Gomez who serviced our group during breakfast. I love to start the day with hot oatmeal. However, It was not included on the buffet. I asked Javier if it was available and it arrived shortly. Each morning thereafter when I entered the breakfast room, Javier greeted me, was on the case and my hot oatmeal arrived within minutes. Thank you so much!

We stayed here for a couple nights while attending a birthday bash for a local friend. Everything flawless from check in to check out. Front desk friendly, professional, and efficient, as was valet parking, ski valet, restaurant staff, and service in all parts of the hotel. The room was luxuriously comfortable, and well designed. Loved it and felt as if everyone that was on staff worked well together for a common purpose...Happy and well cared-for guests!! Thanks

We were disappointed with our stay. Upon check-in, the front desk was not truthful about an upgrade, even after we mentioned that we are Platinum American Express and Marriott Bonvoy Platinum members. The restaurant experience was equally frustrating — the food was disappointing, and the service was extremely poor. While the staff was generally kind, it was clear they were poorly trained and unprepared to provide the level of service expected from this brand. Overall, it fell well below the standards we’ve come to expect from Marriott properties.

An amazing stay… exactly what you expect from the St Regis Brand. The rooms are terrific - clean, spacious and and overall very comfortable. Bar and restaurant are also great. Food was consistently good and the bar service is solid. What makes it even better is the incredible team they have. Candela and Samantha in the bar are great. Friendly, great service and made us feel incredibly welcome. Charlotte at the front desk was super helpful answering questions about my bill and just overall info. If those three team members are representative of your whole staff - you’re doing it right. Great stay! See you next year.
