Limelight Snowmass is great! Their staff is phenomenal and I wish I could remember all of their names. Robin at the front desk "fantastic". Lucy in dining "fantastic". But honestly every person we came in contact with was truly lovely. The food was incredible. I will never stay anywhere else. Thank you for making my first trip to Aspen memorable. This is the perfect place to stay during the fall colors! Many hiking trails to view all of the Aspen‘s turning. The hotel has an amazing complementary breakfast to start your day. Shuttles to take you wherever needed, and free bikes if you wanna ride around town. It’s truly the perfect package hotel.

Highly recommend for those with children of all ages and/or pets. We asked for a crib/pack-n-play to be brought to our room prior to arrival, and it was fully set up by the time we came in. They also took the liberty of bringing up a diaper pail and a baby bath insert—without us requesting. There were playgrounds, turf games, splash pad, a climbing wall, and free rides on the gondola just outside the hotel for which to fill wake windows. We met many other couples there who had infant - toddler aged children who couldn’t believe how well equipped the hotel was to make the stays of their smallest guests comfortable.

Fantastic hotel except for construction of a new building behind the hotel. We had a room facing construction. Extremely loud from 7am until at least 4pm. Our room had a large balcony with a voucher and rocking chair. Very comfortable, but not able to sit outside long due to the noise! I feel they should warn you of your room potentially being in the back where the construction and noise are.

Reserved a terrace room for 2 night stay. The room was clean, the terrace has comfortable seating and faces out to the village area. Great views. All of the employees were really friendly. We stayed during the off season, so be prepared for restaurants to close early or some only being seasonal. We chose to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner, which was really good! For sure recommend staying here!

Every staff interaction was professional, kind, and generous. The menu offerings were excellent (do not sleep on the hoisin BBQ duck wings or the crispy brussels sprouts!) and the included breakfast the best I have ever had. I’ll be adding pictures of that to aid other travelers in their hotel selection. The only drawback seemed to be a software issue; we could not order room service to our room or pool through the hotel website because it could not locate any places to deliver. I’m positive had we called the lounge or front desk, we could have arranged delivery and they’re not to blame for our failure to do so. This night was a splurge for our second anniversary while we traveled Colorado for a couple of days before a Red Rocks show and we are possibly not the typical income bracket among their clientele, but we felt so welcome and comfortable that I would re-book this hotel if we are ever out there again. And management, if you’ve read to the end- I’d love to know where you source the handleless mugs in the rooms!

I am not sure how they can call this a four star hotel with such poor service. The rooms are large and very nice but it ends there. No bellman to help with luggage. Half the rooms look out over a construction site. We boked the highest category room to get a nice view and quiet room but gave us the lowest floor that literally backs up to construction. Front desk staff poorly trained. I am just not sure this is professionally run in any way.
