"Pros: The hotel is close to the airport, the room is clean, the beds are wide, the pillows are soft, the room is quiet despite the proximity to the road, and dark if needed thanks to the curtains, there is air conditioning, bottled water, shampoo and shower gel in the shower, a minibar is available for an additional fee, and the receptionist is ready to help if needed. The only drawback is the distinctive smell, but you get used to it."

"Our host, Ruzana, welcomed us early after a late-night flight. Breakfast was 5 euros and was fairly basic (sausages, eggs, vegetables, dessert, coffee). The airport is about a 10-minute taxi ride away. I recommend this hotel if you have a layover or a connection of more than 10 hours. I wouldn't rent it for a long stay."

"A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. Hot eggs, vegetables, fruit, various types of bread, pancakes, jams, and cheeses are available. Coffee, tea, and specially prepared Armenian coffee are also available."

"I stayed at the hostel for four days in a room for four girls. The staff was all friendly. The breakfasts were really good, varied, and delicious. The location is also fantastic. I'd like to see some hooks for towels and clothes in the bathroom, as there was only one hook. A couple of glasses for dental supplies. A shelf in the shower was nice, so there was nowhere to put toiletries while showering. Curtains over the bed area are minor details, but they make for a more comfortable stay. There should be some general rules about using shared lighting and other information. There's a girl who lives in the room full-time who left her long black hair all over the bathroom and didn't put it away, took up all the space on the shared table, and kept the lights on late at night. Overall, I liked the hostel and recommend it. The Novikov cheese factory on the corner serves delicious food."

"The room was huge and looked great. Furniture was comfortable. Internet was excellent. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. One issue I had was noise isolation. The door unlocking is quite loud and there was a kind of large gap under the door, which I think let sound carry more from the hall. I also heard heavy footsteps from other guests some nights. If you're not a light sleeper and don't mind driving or taking a taxi, I'd say it is really good."

"This hotel is on the third floor, so you'll need to walk up. If you have a lot of luggage, the staff will help you carry your bags. Overall, I think it's decent. The only issue was that the floor drain in my room seemed a bit clogged, so the water drained very slowly. Other than that, it was quiet at night, which was nice. Downstairs, just a few hundred meters away, there's a supermarket, fruit stalls, food vendors, and even a print shop, which is quite convenient."

"We stayed for one night with my mother while passing through. The location was not important to us, as we were not planning to visit any sights or walk around the city. We informed about our arrival time in advance, and a polite man met us, who helped us carry our things to the room. My mother was already impressed! The first thing that caught our attention in the room was the unusual round windows with a magnificent view of the city. We also noted the perfect cleanliness and nice little things that are not always found in hotels, such as tea and coffee bags, a spoon and even a shoe sponge. In addition, the hotel staff gave us recommendations for dinner, and we had a great time. Our experience at the hotel exceeded all expectations. Thank you!"

"Good location, only 5 minutes away from the City centre. 24/7 shop is close as well. Very nice staff, checked out at 12:00, left my luggage until 9-10 p.m. Breakfast was solid as well."

"Good hotel, awkward to find at first when its 4am in the morning and very dark as the entrance is at the start of a sort of alleyway with no outside signage, when inside and you go down the stairs from the first floor be careful, there is a bump which I almost tripped over numerous times so is a bit of a hazard and risk of falling down the stairs, other than that the hotel is good and the staff are friendly, I would stay again depending on the price at the time of my next visit"
