"The room was dirty, there was inadequate lighting, and the bathroom and toilet smelled foul. The airport location was convenient for us because we had a connecting flight, but otherwise, I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. The hotel has triple rooms with twin beds (which is what we needed), but for some reason they put us in a room where we were forced to share a king-size bed with a third guest (me). The bed I slept in had no mattress pad, and its springs dug into my sides. I couldn't sleep on my side, so I spent the night until morning and barely fell asleep when I was lying on my back! I consider that night a form of torture! I suggest the hotel administrators spend the night in this hell themselves! It's simply awful! And the administrator wasn't very friendly, even though all the reviews praised her. She apparently didn't like us... One of the benefits is that you can pay using any convenient method! It's flexible! But I'd advise you to find other hotels in the area on any map and book them (if the airport area is important to you). There were some nice ones nearby! Don't stay here if you value decent sleeping conditions!"

"A new guesthouse. Everything is clean and new. The rooms have standard amenities and are quite spacious. The bathroom is clean. It's close to the main road. Breakfast is not included in the price, but I recommend ordering it on site because it's very good, varied, and plentiful. It's prepared and served by the hostess. Hot eggs, vegetables, fruit, various types of bread, pancakes, jams, and cheeses are available. Coffee, tea, and specially prepared Armenian coffee are also available."

"Definitely recommend! We stayed for 2 nights. Great location! We walked all around the city center. The Cascade is just 10 minutes away. Nearby, there's a delicious restaurant with local cuisine called "Tavern Yerevan." I also recommend Lavash restaurant (in the city center). Upon arrival, a friendly doorman greets you, opens the doors, helps with your luggage, and escorts you to the reception. The accommodating front desk staff checks you in. We were very pleased to be upgraded to a higher category room. We stayed in room 802. It was a very spacious room, everything was clean and tidy. The breakfast was excellent. And what a view from the windows! Mount Ararat was right there, as clear as day! I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs with meat and tomatoes. You can also ask for an omelet or fried eggs. The coffee was delicious."

"This hotel is on the third floor, so you'll need to walk up. If you have a lot of luggage, the staff will help you carry your bags. Overall, I think it's decent. The only issue was that the floor drain in my room seemed a bit clogged, so the water drained very slowly. Other than that, it was quiet at night, which was nice. Downstairs, just a few hundred meters away, there's a supermarket, fruit stalls, food vendors, and even a print shop, which is quite convenient."
