"Both of us loved this hotel the rooms are really nice they have a microwave and fridge and coffee machine the beds are huge they put little gifts for you like cotton buds and make up removers shampoo conditioner etc. There's a jacuzzi but we didn't go in, the pool was shut but that's okay, if there was an issue staff sorted it right away it was simple but sweet. We aren't a big fan of Ashland so we couldn't come back but if it was somewhere else it would be my go to hotel very nice value"

"This is such a beautiful place that feels like you’re in the country with beautiful scenery, trails, a duck pond and deer, yet it’s conveniently close to town with great food, shopping, outdoor fun and wineries! We have stayed in several rooms in the farmhouse as well as suites and they are all beautiful, comfortable, cozy and have all the amenities you could need. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They make you feel like family. Breakfast is always amazing with a delightful sweet treat, plus two more courses. The service is fast and friendly. There is always something new and delicious to try. Each afternoon there is a delightful treat to enjoy as well! This has been the best B & B I’ve stayed in throughout the Pacific Northwest!"

"Checkin was nice and easy. Price was good. Room was ok. It’s near the main drag but traffic noise was not bad. Room had a lot of storage available, which we didn’t need or use. There were no clothes hangers. Also no Kleenex. Shower was pleasant but cold/hot are reversed. Location is near SOU. All in all, the low price outweighed the hanger & Kleenex lack. I’d book it again but bring my own of the 2 items."

"We always stay at The P. A. L. M. motel when we drive between California and Oregon. Every room is slightly different - some rooms allow pets and some don’t. Many of the rooms are like retro old school motel rooms - basic but very comfortable and sweet. They have three larger units also if you are looking for something larger with more amenities. Their website is easy to use and you see which rooms are available along with a description. But what really makes The P. A. L. M. special are the motel grounds. It has lovely gardens and common areas that were designed to encourage guests to use the outdoor space - with plenty of seating areas, BBQ grills and a small fun pool with cabanas. The decorations in the main garden are really fun and I encourage scanning the bar code on the colorful cement bench to read the story behind the tile and art designs. We like walking downtown to dinner but there is a great, highly rated breakfast spot right next door. This motel is really special and feels like a home away from home."

"Staying at the Timbers Inn met all our needs. It was a retro flashback to a nice motel from thr 60s and 70s. Staff were friendly and I loved the vibe. Very clean and everything functioned as expected."

"Upon my arrival and into my room. I had gone to take a shower and had absolutely no hot water, and then when I tried to use the heater in the room that also didn't work and wasn't in working condition lastly the sink was also clogged. I had informed staff of all these issues and they had came up to see for themselves on all the issues . However they offered that they could do a different room at the time and I was already running late so was only in the room for roughly 20 mins. I showed up to my room needed to shower before I had to go get a friend and couldn't even get into a hot shower , couldn't even use a heater , nor even a full function sink. But the next day the staff told me they would be calling me back and still haven't done so. I again reached back out to them about the complimentary stay or reimbursement they had said would be offered asking the status of it and then they attempted debating that offer to me trying to back track it. Long story short they have been very difficult with this whole thing when really it's their fault in this whole issue . I've had to explain and debate with the staff numerous times now cause their tryin to defend not doing anything in attempt to make up for the issue"
