First of all, this hotel is beautiful, modern, and clean. Felt like a five-star hotel from the moment I walked in. Second of all, the customer service here is the best I've ever experienced. I got in VERY early on a Friday (10:00 am). They were happy to let me check-in early, which was a saving grace because I had taken the Auto Train from Orlando the night before and got very, very little sleep. Thirdly, I booked my stay using Delta miles, but Delta hadn't paid the hotel, so at check-in, there were no funds received. They allowed me to check-in without paying, with an agreement between the front-desk person and myself that if Delta ended up not paying, I would give them a credit card. (Delta eventually sent them the funds later that night). Fourthly, I can't praise enough the customer service skills of David and Fatima. They were absolutely fantastic. Fatima for helping me with my Delta situation, going above and beyond to get that cleared up. And Daniel was very helpful when I wanted to stay an extra day. My room that I had been in for three days was reserved the day I extended, but he spent about ten minutes on the computer moving things around to permit me to stay in the same room. If you're coming to the DC area and flying into Dulles, I can't recommend this place enough. The price is absolutely incredible for the luxury of the hotel. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am in Northern Virginia.

Great front desk staff. Stayed just one night as part of a quick trip which involved a lot of flights and a very early arrival. The staff was very accommodating and provided me with an early check-in upon my request. I used the business lounge which was accommodating and quiet. The rooms are clean and comfortable with additional amenities like a kitchen. Plenty of shops nearby. Overall a great short stay.
