Can’t agree with the 5 star I think it only has 5 stars for the spa First the 15€ parking that then you won’t be able to get you car after 9pm or at 6 am in the morning as there is no one in the hotel not very convienete Room didn’t have a mini bar or even a coffee machine There is no option for any coffee or breakfast before 7:00. After paying for included breakfast they could only do a 5€ divided by 2 people discount to help with this problem( I don’t think the breakfast is 2.50€) as they couldn’t give us an early time for breakfast (not very 5 star) Staff not that friendly we didn’t feel welcome And the shower was cold after 10:00pm in two of our rooms Not one to write a review but honestly if your looking for somewhere to stay i think you should keep looking

una location strategica a 2 passi da piazza del popolo e stracircondata da locali. Entrata attigua ad una botique di abbigliamento, reception con personale giovanile e preparato, camere situate ai piani alti, ben insonorizzate, confortevoli, luminse, climatizzate e dotate anche di cucina completa volendo pernottare più giorni (TV, lavatrice, lavello, lavastoviglie, moka........). Ottima esperienza la SPA con una jacuzzi 4 posti, bagno turco e sauna finlandese e poi colazione salata e dolce con belle torte a scelta oltre a frutta, yogurt, cereali.....Tutto perfetto !!!!

Non ho usufruito della spa quindi non posso giudicare, la stanza era abbastanza grande, ottima posizione in pieno centro, cordiale il personale, migliorerei manutenzione e pulizia (calcare e ruggine evidenti in bagno). Colazione abbastanza ricca.

Ho alloggiato una notte in questo hotel e mi sono trovato benissimo. Struttura situata in pieno centro, molto curata e ben tenuta, davvero molto bella. La comunicazione con la reception è stata ottima,sempre gentili e disponibili. Nel mio caso sono arrivato dopo l'orario utile per il check-in e mi hanno fatto trovare la chiave in una keybox con codice, l'ho trovato molto comodo. La stanza era bella, non eccessivamente ampia ma funzionale, e il letto e i cuscini comodissimi per me. L'unica pecca forse un po di polvere di troppo sugli abat jour e in qualche angolo del pavimento. Comunicazione ottima anche nei giorni seguenti, in quanto avevo dimenticato una cosa in camera e ci siamo accordati per farmela spedire. In conclusione, mi sento di consigliare questa struttura, ho passato una notte piacevole

Very nice hotel in the center of Ascoli Piceno. Location is the main pro. Rooms are renovated and clean, good AC. Staff and service arevery friendly and good. Breakfast included is good. Overall great value for money. The cons for us were that the wifi didn't work at all, and parking is a bit annoying but manageable. The valet service is a good alternative for maybe a day but you need to sign a release where they don't take any responsibility for what happens to your car, and it has time limitations. If you're staying for longer it's definitely more worth to find another parking option that's cheaper and probably more convenient to reach. This said, they provided us with lots of different parking options, public and private. Overall we had a nice and quiet stay and would come back.
We did not use the spa facilities so cannot review that offer.
