Wir haben unseren Hochzeitstag im Boutique Hotel Residenz Winkler gefeiert. Diese besondere Zeit mit meiner Frau war wunderbar, das Ambiente der Residenz Winkler und die 8-Gänge herausragend. In der Gartensuite konnte wir uns völlig entspannen, mit einem Plätschern des Brunnens und direkten Zugang zum schönen Residenz-Garten. Meine Frau schwärmt vom Beauty-Team und der Wellness. Das Frühstück reichhaltig, der Service jederzeit zuvorkommend und äußerst aufmerksam. Vielen herzlichen Dank an das Residenz Team!

Wir waren nur zum Frühstücken, deshalb kann ich über Zimmer&den Rest wenig sagen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und bemüht. Wir hatten anlässlich eines Geburtstags für 8 Personen zum Gourmet-Frühstück reserviert. Da der Name des Hauses u.a. für top Essen steht, waren uns im Vorfeld die 35€ p.p. Wert. Allerdings war unsere Erwartungshaltung höher als die Realität. Ich möchte nicht ins Detail gehen, aber zusammenfassend lässt sich sagen: solides Essen, wenig Auswahl, Ambiente in die Jahre gekommen! Schade.. Aber sicherlich sind wir auch anspruchsvolle Frühstücker:) Sehr aufmerksam war eine kleine Mini-Geburtstagstorte als Präsent.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Servicepersonal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend – eine echte Stärke des Hauses! Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir mit einem Zimmer-Upgrade überrascht, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Die Zimmer selbst waren sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an frischen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produkten, inklusive Eierspeisen, die man bequem über das Servicepersonal bestellen kann. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen: Während unseres Aufenthalts war nur der innenliegende Raum zum Frühstück eingedeckt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass auch der Wintergarten genutzt wird – von dort aus hat man einen traumhaften Blick auf das Bergpanorama. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Abend im hauseigenen Sternerestaurant. Das Essen war hervorragend, ebenso wie der aufmerksame Service. Die Speisenauswahl ist eher klassisch gehalten, aber perfekt umgesetzt.
