📍 Goldbacher Str. 19-21, Aschaffenburg
★★★★ 9.2 (31 reviews)

"Since the refirmation, we regularly come to Hotel Garner as external guests for breakfast. What was initially, even though a little hard but still struggling, believed in food, is now, from time to time, with a much more fluid and very idea-rich dynamic explanation why, why and at all no longer exists. Meter-long refrigerator vitrines now offer a stick of less-quality sauce and cheese cut, a mini-timber fresh cheese and a small timber of mustard and ketchup as the hostel. The remaining 2m vitrines now serve to just enrich the otherwise rare interior furniture. The whole is, besides the not very successfully backed sleek breads, very nice to look, but does not fill stomachs and is even less the value of 20,--€. The disappearance of the variant was declared a very restrictive budget or a ban on the parent company. It was amazing what is here the hotel daughter in Aschaffenburg. There are probably the other Garner houses in Germany who have been better hit in budgetary terms. Or they have been better housed or just despite the variant ban argued in Aschaffenburg. The breakfast is always varied and always offers a very good selection of vegetarian and vegan ladders. 20,--€ breakfast in the garner in Aschaffenburg is at any rate not worth and therefore absolutely not recommended."

Hotel Dalberg

Hotel Dalberg

📍 Pfaffengasse 12, Aschaffenburg
★★★★ 8.2 (4 reviews)

"We booked a three-night stay at Hotel Dalberg, which is located in the centre of Aschaffenburg, within walking distance of the railway station. Our Deluxe Double Room (qualified as ‘Business Double’ in another document) was located on the second floor facing the quiet Pfaffengasse and offered a view of a rather awful contemporary building across the street. We were a bit worried about the large restaurant outdoor area under our window, but the soundproofing of the room was good, and, in the evening, it was possible to have a drink at the restaurant, which stayed open late. We also had a mini bar with a choice of glasses, which is rather unusual. Often you have to drink your wine from a cardboard cup or a water glass these days. Instant coffee and tea were also provided. Our room wasn’t very large, but the outlay was practical. There was a good-sized desk with reasonably good reading light. The ledger we expected to provide useful information for tourists only contained a German lifestyle magazine. We had a sitting corner with a round table and two easy chairs. The bedding was good, and there were nightstands with a drawer. We were disappointed the room was carpeted. As one of us is allergic to dust, we prefer tiled or wooden floors. The bathroom was okay and had sufficient storage room, but the shower floor was dangerously slippery. The hotel website reads, ‘Upper floor accessible by elevator,’ but, in fact, the elevator stopped between two floors, and you either had to climb or descend a flight of stairs, which might be a problem for people with mobility issues. The breakfast buffet was okay. The fresh cookies available every day in the downstairs reception area were an extra bonus. All in all, a hotel we would book again if we returned to Aschaffenburg."

"Everybody with key card could open our room! Several emails and calls were not responded! No privacy, our stay was like a prison cause we could't open our room door with our key cards!"

Hotel Zum Goldenen Ochsen am Schlossgarten

Hotel Zum Goldenen Ochsen am Schlossgarten

📍 Karlstraße 16, Aschaffenburg
★★★ 8.5 (52 reviews)

"It's like living in a traditional house. Although there is no elevator, they will help carry the luggage. The breakfast is rich. There is no air conditioning so there is a fan for ventilation. However, it is still hot and stuffy during the summer day, especially on the top floor."

B&B HOTEL Aschaffenburg ★★
"We were back at B&B Aschaffenburg with our brass band, and again it was just what we needed. All rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good AC. Bathroom and shower perfect, bed comfy. Location great as it’s not a long walk to city centre. Breakfast is continental and all you would need. Staff friendly and helpful. We will be back again as it provides good, consistent accommodation. Thank you to all of the staff team from your Scottish friends!"

"Cute & artsy boutique hotel. Our room was booked by a travel company and we were happy with it. It is located across the train station which was helpful if you travel with luggage and there were restaurant options close by. The staff was very courteous & cooperative and even sent a forgotten item back to us free of charge. The TV in our room allowed us to watch some of the French Tennis Open."
