Seven of us stayed at this fantastic hotel. It’s in a great place for your days of adventures and on returning there is a great selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is spotless and clean with a great continental breakfast. We will be returning to this fabulous hotel.

Mon épouse et moi ne comptons le nombre de séjours dans cet hôtel. Damien est toujours aussi accueillant et souriant. Il fait toujours preuve d'une écoute active. L'hôtel toujours aussi propre et dispose toujours d'une très bonne literie et d'une jolie salle d'eau La chambre est bien insonorisée et permet de se reposer avant de repartir. Les déjeuners sont copieux. Présence d'un parking à 10 m des chambres. Les animaux de compagnie sont acceptés. Encore une fois mention TRES BIEN. Merci Damien et à bientôt. Le rapport qualité prix est inégalable.

Location, easy to find and just a few minutes walk from centre of Arromanches and the sea. Private, off road parking. A friendly greeting from the owner Damien who explained the facilities then showed us our room. The room itself was on the first floor. It was spacious, clean, fully functional with a most comfortable bed. There is good storage space, including a built in safe. It has a tea & coffee hospitality tray and it has a fridge. A good sized en-suite shower room with powerful shower. The full continental breakfast was quite amazing, such a selection. We enjoyed every bit of it. Damien was there every morning to ensure nothing ran out. Parking and breakfasts were an additional cost but well worth it. Overall we highly recommend Le Hôtel l'idéal and our host Damien.

This litte family hotel is located in a perfect place. 2 - 3 minutes walk from the centre and only 100 yards from bus stop. The rooms are excellent they are very spacious cleaned and towels changed everyday. The breakfast is continental which is filling you can eat as much or litte as you like.Damien is a perfect host and very helpful. We have already enquired about staying there next year. I can not praise this hotel enough it is a litte gem.
