I was with my husband in April 2024. I loved the loft. Super spacious, very clean and there is a huge clothesline in the room to dry your beach clothes. Super attentive receptionists and excellent breakfast. Paula and Cida from Copa, besides being super friendly and helpful, prepare savory delicacies and divine homemade cakes every morning. Excellent location. Close to the boat exit and the city point where restaurants and shops are located. We did everything on foot. This is the second time I have stayed in Arraial do Cabo, and the loft exceeded my expectations in every way. I recommend.

As acomodações são bem simples. Roupas de cama também. Travesseiros bem ruins.. Chuveiro bem fraco.. por baixo do box vazava água que deixava o banheiro todo molhado. O nosso quarto quando chegamos ao pisar no chão sentia areia e o box tinha alguns cabelos.
Não tinha secador e pedi na recepção prontamente dispuseram mais era muito, muito fraco.
Ponto negativo ter que subir escadas para chegar nos quartos.
O café da manhã era bom porém sem um pouco de higiene.. pratos, xícaras e taças cada uma de um modelo.. o pão a moça tirava de sacola de mercado com a mão para colocar para servir entre várias outras coisas.

Localização Excelente- É bem próximo da praia dos Anjos, do pier para se fazer passeios de barco (recomendo) e do acesso à maravilhosa praia do Forno ( disposição para subir e descer a trilha a pé) .
Atenção dos funcionários excelente.
Qualidade do café da manhã ótima.
Piscina e áreas comuns (sala de jogos) muito boas.
Estacionamento com quantidade de vagas suficiente para as acomodações .
Entretanto, no apartamento em que fiquei a cama de casal é bem instável em razão de serem, na verdade, dois colchões de solteiro que se abre no meio, fazendo com que a pessoa durma desconfortável no meio de um vão entre colchões.
A porta de vidro do BOX ao se abrir e fechar, rangia demais e bem alto, demonstrando que precisa de uma lubrificação nas dobradiças .

I called before closing the reservation, asked for two single beds as we didn't want to sleep together and was informed that the room would have a double bed and a sofa bed, but that we would sleep separately and comfortably. I arrive at 10 pm, I find only one double bed. Dirty and grimy towels, the carpet is disgusting! I make a point of putting the photos of the room I received!
