Gorgeous fully equipped studio apartment. Lovely pool. Easy, friendly check in. Great location, within a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Would definitely recommend, will study here next time I visit. Thank you to the lovely staff.

Good location next to strip. Good for what it’s there for. Wouldn’t advise for families.

This hotel is located on Tenerife in the Canary Islands. It was my first time here and I stayed for 4 nights, but it was very good. The room was spacious and there was a long chair and a small table on the terrace on the first floor, so I was able to see the beautiful stars at night. It's also close to the beach and nightlife spots ⭕️ The receptionist was very kind and helpful. I would like to use it again the next time I visit.

Overall very satisfied with our visit. Our biggest gripe was the amount of paperwork we had to fill whilst checking in. I'm sure most of this could have been completed online before even travelling, this was quite a grind and quite frustrating. The room was great, the beds were comfy, even the sofabed in which I slept. The room had the basics for cooking and eating although we had our meals out. The pool area was really nice. It was a shame about the building noise from a close by block and the noisy Improvements to the pool area, we do understand though that this sort of work can't be done silently. This was replacement accommodation for us after we found the original accommodation booked didn't exist. The staff were helpful and polite. If I was returning to Tenerife I would certainly look at booking with Apartmentoss Playazul.

Warning!!! Please do not listen to any of the good reviews you hear about this hotel as it’s all lies !!! Anyone who books this hotel will be full of disappointment as I was very very disappointed I went on to love holidays to book the hotel which they should not even have it on there website to sell to people if I’m being completely honest with you as it’s made me very courageous bout booking with them again as other company’s I have booked with would not have something on there websites as bad as this hotel I honestly don’t no were to start I went on to the reviews and read loads of good ones some bad reviews but so many good I never thought I would ever experience anything as bad as I did ! So when we got to the hotel the time of checking it it took us an hour at the desk as the women at the desk was to Interested in talking to people working in there and giggling away when I was stood right in front of her ! When finally she did sort us out our room omg I got in there and I instantly felt sick! It’s no joke how they can let people stay in them rooms I was sprewing my guys up the bed was not a normal bed it was a pull out bunk that turned in to a bed the mattress as u can imagine was just filthy I felt so dirty even after a shower it was not fit to sleep in I basically was scared if the bottom sheet came up over how filthy the mattress was never seen anything like it the shower basically floored out the full bathroom as the drain was blocked and the sealing on the bottom of the shower was all over so you was always soaked from the floor in the bathroom even when getting up the next morning or threw the night had to step in a puddle of water off the shower ! They was big massive bugs in the room I phoned the man at the desk in the night as it’s a women in the morning and man in the night and he did not care at all he basically told me not his problem I only asked for bug spray or if he had another apartment he could move us to and he said no and put down the phone the second night then staying there a alarm went off still don’t no know what that alarm was we thought it was a fire alarm so we got up no one was out nothing happening phone the man at the desk again and said yes I no about the problem and good bye! Cut the phone off again ! My husband walk up to main floor to find out and again he blanked him like he was not stood in front of him !! I would strongly advise not to please book this hotel I was dreading to go back to my room so we basically stayed out all day when this holiday was meant to be a relaxing holiday and u couldn’t have a lay in in the mornings as they was drilling and whatever right outside of the room with tools my holiday was ruined the pool we never even tried as I don’t think any of it was clean please don’t waste ur money and make the mistake I done as I feel my holiday was know a waste they also take 100 out of ur card before ur holiday even starts and also don’t depend on room service as we went for 5 days an

We just returned from a family stay at Playa Azul apartments and we couldn’t be happier. It’s our second visit, and it keeps getting better! We especially want to highlight the new Calistenia outdoor playground – it was a fantastic addition for the little ones, who spent hours playing and enjoying the fresh air and for me also to keep fit. We also noticed the ongoing improvements to the bar area, which we really appreciated. It’s becoming an even more pleasant spot to relax during the day. The apartments are spacious, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for families. The location is unbeatable – close to the beach, with everything you need nearby, yet in a peaceful area ideal for unwinding. The staff is wonderful – always friendly and helpful, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We absolutely recommend Playazul to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family getaway. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Great place to visit with friends and family. Really good price and perfect location. Our apartment was so close to town center. Location it's perfect for short and long stay , also we had close to shops , pharmacy and etc. I would like recommended this place for everyone.

Good Points: -Location is perfect, close to all bars, restaurants, bus stops and beach. -Staff were really lovely and helpful!! -Can chill for the day if checked out, they will provide towels and a place to shower and change if you want to stay by the pool or beach until your flight. -Smart Tv and good internet Bad Points: -Cleanliness, some parts were super clean, but the floors were filthy, I couldn't walk around barefoot, there were spillages, stains, cup marks on the tables, greasy watermarks and stains in the shower. - Cockroaches, I was the 3rd floor up and had regular visitors, just incase you are squeamish. -Beds...the beds are made with only a light single sheet over the mattress, although the sheets were spotless, if you wriggle they move and come of and you'd find yourself lying on the very heavily stained dirty mattress. No mattress protector. It was hot and was happy to sleep on top of duvet. But it's not sanitary. -They e-mailed me to say I'd damaged the TV once checked out and looking for costs of damage. There was a small line running across it, damage done before my stay, didn't think to report it as it didn't effect my ability to watch it. But if you do find any issues maybe go down to them straight away or take pics so you aren't in the same situation. But just shows that the cleaners are hit and miss and wasn't picked up beforehand. I was embarrassed to be accused but the staff were lovely and resolved it. -Balcony door broken! Wouldn't slide. -There are renovations going on at the moment but that is stated when booking, which was fine for me as I was out and about but wouldn't recommend if you are looking for a peaceful quiet stay by the pool. This hotel is okay. I wanted a cheap place to stay as a base while exploring the island. Cleanliness is letting it down as stated in other reviews. Hotel has lots of potential and hopefully when renovations are done it will be fabulous but for now I wouldn't book again!

Positives - friendly professional staff Negatives - building work ongoing. Dusty and dirty in all areas external to reception. Very noisy location. Very thin mattress on sofa bed. No privacy on the terrace. Walls paper thin, we could heat the man upstairs vomiting. Not for people with reduced mobility. We booked last minute, and while we understand it was a studio apartment, we assumed there would be an actual bed. There is not. We left after one night of no sleep.

Perfect place for a large group. Apartments exactly what we needed and no problems with pool/bar. Staff helpful and no problems. When arrived and took a bit of time to check in but was our fault for not sorting before we got there. Any stags/hens ideal

Me and my boyfriend stayed for a week. overall a very good hotel. reception lady’s were very helpful and attended our needs. we had issues with our door and was sorted very quickly. one bed leg was broken and it got changed immediately. the night life noise can be very loud but that didnt bother me and my boyfriend. also the pool is very cold, once your in though its fine its just getting in which is so cold. Overall couldnt fault this hotel and will be returning

What a lovely place. Staff can't do enough for you. Reception staff were excellent, cleaning staff brilliant. Apartment very spacious very clean and had everything we needed. Beds very comfy. Pool and bar area plenty of sunbed and shaded areas. Lady servicing at bar was very pleasant excellent service. Also they did food there.
