Ficamos 7 dias na pousada e fomos muito bem recebidos, funcionários educados, receptivos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã fresquinho e com muitas variedades todos os dias, piscina e hidromassagem maravilhosos sem contar que fornecem toalhas para quem quiser ir a piscina. Quarto bem aconchegante. A pousada fica bem localizada, uns 8 minutos caminhando até o centro (rua das pedras) e também uns 8 minutos caminhando até a melhor praia que é Azeda. Recomendo sim, amamos cada detalhe. Com certeza iremos voltar no carnaval.

NOS ROBARON!! Primer día que realizaron la limpieza y nos robaron REALES de mí cartera y una prenda de vestir. Tras comunicar lo sucedido a la administración, se disculparon y prometieron devolver el dinero. Pasaron los días y NADA. Nos fuimos del establecimiento con la promesa de la devolución del dinero por parte de RAFAEL, el gerente. Después de más una semana insistiendo por Whatsapp, no nos respondieron más. Lo cual demuestra desde el principio la intención de no hacerce cargo de lo acontecido. NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Check-in sem recepcionista/ Quarto sem o básico (sabonete e papel higiênico ), sem manutenção diária ( arrumação quarto / troca de toalha )/ não tem nenhum tipo de contato rápido com recepção, tem que sair do quarto e descer e não tem acessibilidade/ colocam WhatsApp a disposição mas se mandamos msg não há retorno/ Banheiro sem água , manutenção demorada . A experiência poderia ter sido melhor, não voltaria em próxima oportunidade!!!

Péssima experiência.
NÃO RECOMENDO!
Quarto sujo e sem manutenção (piso trincado, espelho velho, fiação do chuveiro exposta, cheiro de mofo, TV sem funcionar etc). Na reserva mencionava ter secador de cabelos mas no meu quarto nao tinha.
Café da manhã precário no 1o dia, só tinha 1 funcionário! Faltava limpeza nas mesas, reposição de alimentos, sucos, copos, xicaras, pratos e talheres. Precisou outros hospedes reclamarem para o cafe da manha ser bom nos outros dias. A noite, queda de energia por varias vezes. Pousada parece abandonada. Precisa melhorar muito para ter condições de atender bem.

Excelente. Es la segunda vez que voy y siempre me he sentido muy cómodo. Habitaciones confortables y limpias, buena ubicación, camas muy cómodas, muy buen desayuno. Pero por sobre todo lo dicho, quiero destacar la excelencia de todo el personal en la atención y el trato del huésped. Total calidez y muy buena predisposición. ALTAMENTE RECOMENDABLE!!

Péssimo!!!
Péssima experiência! O ar-condicionado não funcionava e fazia um barulho absurdo. Avisei logo no check-in, mas ninguém resolveu. O quarto parecia velho, com móveis gastos e sinais de falta de limpeza: garrafa de água usada, sabonete aberto e lençol sujo. Precisa melhorar muito para ser um hotel decente.
