Ficamos 7 dias na pousada e fomos muito bem recebidos, funcionários educados, receptivos e sempre dispostos a ajudar. Café da manhã fresquinho e com muitas variedades todos os dias, piscina e hidromassagem maravilhosos sem contar que fornecem toalhas para quem quiser ir a piscina. Quarto bem aconchegante. A pousada fica bem localizada, uns 8 minutos caminhando até o centro (rua das pedras) e também uns 8 minutos caminhando até a melhor praia que é Azeda. Recomendo sim, amamos cada detalhe. Com certeza iremos voltar no carnaval.

I paid ******* for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from *******. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for *******. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from *******. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in ******* until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with ******* .

Quarto pessimo, móveis caindo aos pedaços, banheiro sujo com azulejos manchados Segundo dia não tinha água no chuveiro, uma tremenda decepção. Sinceramente tentando entender até agora como é classificado como Travel choice e rankeado em 5 de 51 hotéis de búzios. Furada

Localização boa. Não é perto da praia e nem do centro. Café da manhã bom. Serviço de limpeza dos quartos e dependências do hotel péssimo. Área externa suja. Quarto mal higienizado, chão sujo. Mas, o pior foram as toalhas de banho que estavam encardidas com manchas de sapato. Reclamamos e as que foram repostas estavam nas mesmas condições. A funcionária nos informou que a lavanderia é terceirizada e que não teria novas toalhas para trocar.
