"The hotel is located on the Belgian-Luxembourg border next to the highway. The building is new and energy self-sufficient. The grounds are well-maintained, the restaurant is well-organized, and it includes a wellness area with indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, a hammam, and massage services. However, I find the logistics of the wellness area disorganized. For example, it's unclear how to turn on the showers, and once turned on, you have to push the button back in because the water doesn't turn off automatically (which wastes water). There should be signs explaining how they work. Furthermore, I didn't see any baskets for dirty bathrobes and towels, and all the dirty items are left in plain sight. There are no bins in the pool area for disposing of paper cups, water, etc., as well as drinking cups for the tap water. In addition, I think water flavored with lemon, etc., would be a useful addition. The beds in the pool area are comfortable, but extremely low – if you have knee problems, good luck getting up! :) Otherwise, the staff is very friendly. They also use a robot in the restaurant, which I personally don't like because human interaction is preferable, and besides, I don't think the robot adds any value."
