This very nice newly remodeled location which is approx 3,000 square feet. It is less then 1 1/2 miles from AT&T Stadium/Dallas Cowboy Stadium , Texas Rangers Stadium, Six Flags/Hurricane Harbor and plenty of restaurants such as my favorite, Pappadeaux. Why deal with the traffic and high priced parking just to get there. Uber is much easier. (Please note that this is a 4 bedroom house, however only 3 of them will be available to use for HomeAway guests).About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:There is NO parking allowed on the street. All cars have to be in the drive way..Booking Traveler MUST:

Beautiful home-- Property manager very attentive-would have liked to see some stocking of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper as in other VRBO we have stayed at- does need new bed pillows as they were stained Otherwise was happy with the spacious home and safeneighbor hood

Great Long Term Stay
This was an amazing place for a long term stay. The property manager was very responsive to any questions that we had. The home was in a great neighborhood and had most of what we needed for a month long stay.
