Iakinthos, Tsilivi Beach ★★★★
"Right by the sea, perfect for summer fun"
Zante Maris Suites - Adults Only ★★★★★
"The hygiene is average, and there are debris such as water plants and hair in the bathtub. The hotel tries hard to give you a sense of luxury, but the most basic hygiene is problematic."
Alamis Hotel & Apartments ★★★★
"welcoming and the best one in Tsilivi room is big and clean location is perfect"
Olea All Suite Hotel, a Member of Design Hotels ★★★★★
"Nice hotel , super view, nice and friendly stuff, flame is good restaurant with great beef on butcher’s board"
Ecoresort Hotel Zefyros ★★★
"Functional hotel with helpful and welcoming staff. Very clean and well-insulated rooms, equipped with air conditioning and welcome kit. Well-kept swimming pool, but unfortunately full of bees, which make access annoying. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace, but not very usable due to the presence of bees. The quality of the food is a bit poor, even though there is a lot of choice. In my opinion it would be better to focus more on quality than quantity. The same applies to the condition of supplies present in the common areas of the hotel which appear to be worn and stained."
Contessina Hotel ★★★★★
"This hotel is very beautiful and parking is very convenient Facilities: also very complete, Sanitation: very clean Environment: beautiful environment, many large and small swimming pools, Service: breakfast is very good, especially Greek yogurt, super 😋"
Balcony Boutique Hotel ★★
"The hotel is located right by the sea, a 20-minute drive from the airport. There's a beach nearby, and a shopping street is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is very clean, with daily cleaning staff, and provides disposable slippers, shower gel, and shampoo. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful."
Lazaros Hotel Resort ★★★
"Where do I start. This was... an amazing holiday. The room was very spacious , clean, and complete. AC was delighful after a long day of sun. There is a Nespresso machine in the room, that gives a very luxury feeling to start your day with coffee in bed lol. There is a smart-tv in both sections of the room. The service, I literally can not find anything bad to say. Everybody is most kind and hard-working, everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The ladies at the reception, the guy at breakfast, all the ladies from housekeeping, the cooks, waitresses a huge thank you from the bottom of my heart! The hotel is located in a busy area, there is a lot of traffick. It is nearby the beach, not very suitable is you are not that mobile perhaps. We just had a chill holiday, did a lovely eco turtle tour with Nefis tours( highly recommended!). If you rent a car you can explore this lovely Island."

Anetis Hotel
"Love this hotel, views are amazing walk out straight to beach, staff are so friendly in hotel and in the bar. Ilia’s is the best going this year again wouldn’t go anywhere else.Thankyou everyone for making our holiday’s fun and perfect 👍😎🙏"
Karras Grande Resort
"Just returned from a 2 week break and have had a great holiday, What makes the Karras Grande special is the Staff in all departments, whether it be the Receptionists (Jenni} the night porter {George}, Cleaners (Linda), Restaurant Staff (Anduela & Fay), Maintenance (Qemal), Entertainment Team (Jack & Isa), Management (Antonis the General Manager, Nikos the Hotel Manager & Nikos the Restaurant Manager). But for us the Star of the Show is Marinos in the Basillico Bar, He is an absolute credit to the Hotel, He works tirelessly and is meticulous in his attitude to Customers and his Bar duties. He constantly keeps the Bar area clean, always tidying & cleaning tables whilst organising Seats, Sunbeds, Parasols etc. whilst making sure that Guests are served quickly and with a Smile It's a shame that the Bar girl who's on her mobile phone all day doesn't have the same attitude. The Restaurant always had a good variety of decent quality food. The All Inclusive Alcoholic Drinks we found to be good - however the soft drinks, especially the Diet Coke are not very good with complaints from other Guests too - this should be addressed by Management,"
Filoxenia Hotel Zakynthos
"Absolutely loved this hotel , very clean , food was lovely from breakfast lunch and dinner , and the service was amazing , the room we stayed in was in the revamped part and was beautiful . The cleaners came every day , the hotel have a people carrier to take yo to the beach 3 times a day , only a ten min drive away , there are 2 pools both of them are lovely and clean . There are olive groves everywhere , and a few lemon trees , we heard a cockerel occasionally but this didn’t bother us , I loved seeing the chickens getting in the olive trees in the evening, who knew they got in trees for protection in a natural environment. I would definitely recommend to others "
Andreolas Luxury Suites
"Fabulous holiday apartment. Right on the beach front straight into the warm clear waters of the Ionian Sea. Spotlessly clean apartment with maid service every day. Very friendly staff. Only made it for Breakfast twice but it was freshly made. Will be returning"
Sea Zante Luxury Beachfront Retreat
Caravel Suites - Adults Only
"Marina and Daniella were absolutely brilliant. We enjoyed our couples massage and left feeling very relaxed. The room was perfectly lit and they took good care of us."
St John Villas Zakynthos
"We ve stayed in Gardenia villa. The comfort and luxury is beyond measure. My son and daughter enjoyed the swimming pool (which by the way had crystal clean water without smelling chlorine) the beds were super comfortable, the garden was perfect and always peaceful and quiet. Fantastic stuff and service in our villa. Very rich breakfast and wonderful sea view from everywhere. By far the best 5 star hotel I've visited until now."
Atlantica Eleon Grand Resort
"This is our 3rd visit to this hotel. This year some friends also came along. We had a throughly lovely time. Everyone of the staff very friendly, rooms are spotless and a good size. Food in the restaurant very good plenty of choice. Our two grandchildren loved being able to go on the slides. We could actually watch them from our sunbeds. The sea is easily accessible from the Olive garden as well. We were a little disappointed when we first arrived as we did request if we could all be fairly close to each other and unfortunately we wasn't. We soon adjusted tho (it was mainly really to make it easier with the two children one in each room). I would definitely recommend this hotel sure you won't be disappointed."
Sunrise Zante - Adults Only Hotel
"Nice hotel bit out of town. Enjoyed the adults only. Did not expect to have to live out of my suitcase as they had no drawers. We asked for a quiet room never heard the rooster farm .Staff were helpful nice and clean, breakfast was good plenty of choices don’t understand the reviews say bad breakfast. Kettle in the room fridge in the room If eating out Estia is highly recommended hotel was closing as we left"
Porto Planos Beach Hotel
"We're here now and it's lovely! The food is really tasty, lots of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everywhere is immaculate and the rooms are cleaned everyday. The bathroom is a little on the small size but hasn't affected me! The staff are so friendly and helpful. If I could add one suggestion, it would be to have some more tables around the pool in the evening, but that's it! If we are lucky enough to come back to Tsilivi again, we would book here again without hesitation."
Zante Pantheon Hotel
"Stayed in the zante pantheon hotel . Was another lovely week and nothing was to much for dimitri and his family . Rooms where cleaned daily and the meals we had where amazing. Family friendly hotel we have been coming for years and there was alot of others people who have been before "
Al Mare Hotel
"Fantastically located hotel on the beach, beautiful pool, plenty of sunbeds. We had a beautiful, spacious room with a stunning view. The downside was the stuffy bathroom: a cramped shower combined with a bath that leaked badly. Otherwise fine, nice and clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet was very mediocre. Little choice and the hot dishes are mostly lukewarm. The coffee is undrinkable, the two pots of juice are usually empty, and the bar staff, who overlook the juices, are unfriendly and prefer to do as little as possible. Also, at the pool, you constantly have to walk to get your order yourself, even though there is plenty of staff."
Caretta Paradise Resort & WaterPark
"I had a daughter and mother trip here. The location was great as there was a couple of tavernas just outside the front of the resort. It was a nice atmosphere all round, my mum is disabled so we hired a mobility scooter for her to be able to get around the resort, we’re very happy we did this as this resort is huge and it’s on a hill so it would have been impossible for her to walk around. Luckily they do also have a porter/buggy service to drive you around however we did not want to always rely on them. Plus we watched the England v Mexico game which was on at 4am and the buggy service doesn’t operate in the middle of the night so we certainly needed the mobility scooter for her to get to the pub and back. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, we’re so happy we chose to stay in this room as it gave us the comfort of being able to use the pool and not be bothered by other people etc. The only issue we faced with the pool is the ladder getting in and out, it was quite a struggle for my mum to get out the pool as the steps on the ladder was quite high and she is partially paralyzed so she did struggle to get out of the pool. The suite was lovely however we did have an entire day ruined due to the bathroom flooding REALLY BAD within about 4 minutes of using the shower, the the whole bathroom flooded and the entire first bedroom was in a puddle, this then resulted in my mum slipping and falling and hitting her head causing it to bleed. The flooding was genuinely awful, we had to use all 8 of the towels (4 of them being our own towels) to try and dry up the flooding, we also had to use a duvet. I wish I had taken a video or photo to show just how awful the flooding issue was but I was too panicked in getting it dried up and helping my mum. The hotel then did not come to see to the flooding issue until at least 7 hours after we first reported it. This definitely ruined the day for us as my mum was then in quite a bit of pain and very uncomfortable for the rest of the day, and I was worried about her health especially with her hitting her head. It did cause a lot of anxiety and panic throughout the rest of the day. Luckily after this day she better and things took a better turn for us. We only used the all inclusive once and that was for breakfast, it was okay but wasn’t my favorite all inclusive breakfasts I’ve had. The only reason we didn’t eat lunches or dinners in the all inclusive was because we ate out, purely through our own choice of wanting certain foods like feta and honey saganaki etc. We did sit by the bar and had some of the all inclusive drinks, they was nice but not amazing. Also the check in service I was not too keen on. They give you a QR code to scan and then you check yourself in, I had lost the QR code by the time we got to our suite so I couldn’t get back into the website to see what the hotel offers etc. So ultimately we did feel quite in the dark about what the resort has to offer etc. We didn’t spend any time around"
Hotel St.John Suites Adults Only
"Zakynthos is a popular Greek island with many hotels, but finding a satisfactory one isn't easy. It needs a sea view, preferably with a pool; good restaurants, at least with a delicious and plentiful breakfast; it shouldn't be too far from the bustling commercial area, so there's something to explore; and most importantly, it needs to be good value for money, not too expensive. After quite a bit of searching, we finally found this hotel. Upon checking in, we really liked the room, including the large outdoor pool, and the room's layout and decor. The only unexpected thing was that the hotel was located on a hillside, and it had several different areas. The road signs were different from the names on the online booking, causing our driver to spend a lot of time searching. Fortunately, we could call the front desk to call a car for getting in and out, but it was a bit far to go shopping. The hotel restaurant's food was delicious, although even with a 10% discount for hotel guests, it was still a little pricey. Breakfast offered several set menus to choose from, and there were also complimentary fruits, cheeses, and drinks on the counter; the quality was impeccable. The hotel service was also impeccable!"
New Beach Hotel
"We were welcomed with champagne and politeness. However, when we entered the room, we felt uncomfortable because it was humid and had a bad smell. We had difficulty sleeping on the first night due to the humidity. The next day, we were out at the beach. When we returned, we discovered that the floor was dirty. There were black hairs (mine is long, I am blonde, and the children and my husband have short hair, so it wasn't theirs) and dirt. The description we received from Apollo mentioned that the room was cleaned daily. When we went to take a shower, there was no hot water. We complained at the reception, and they said they would call a technician. After many hours of waiting, without taking a bath, and expecting confirmation that the water was fixed, we got frustrated because no one came to inform us, so we entered the bathroom to bathe with cold water. To our surprise, the water was suddenly fixed. On the same day, while leaving for an evening walk, we met the reception staff who asked us with a smile if everything was okay with the water now. No information was given to us. We also noticed that the curtain was simply hanging and not properly drawn in the room. The bathroom smelled terrible, and the towels were dirty with stains and hairs. The air conditioning was leaking. There was a safe in the room, which they told us was very secure. Later, we discovered that it had a hidden code from 1 to 6, so it wasn't safe at all. Our little son had an accident during the night while we were staying there; he wet the bed. When we removed the sheets, we discovered that the mattress had stains from old urine, blood, and candy wrappers underneath. The pillowcases also had stains (I can't say what they were from, but they didn't give a sense of freshness), and overall, we were disappointed with the hotel. Both my spouse and I went to the reception to express our complaints. They told both of us that the same day, at 6:00 PM, the cleaner would come again to clean the room once more. We waited until 8:30 PM, but no one came. Then we contacted Apollo and complained there. After 10 minutes, there was a knock on the door. It was the reception staff who wanted to properly hang the curtain, something we forgot to mention when we went to complain about everything else. This shows that they were aware of how awful the room was. But they did nothing about it. After 20 minutes, the cleaner came to clean our room once again. Despite the room being cleaned (supposedly, it was still dirty) every day until we left, we hesitated to touch anything, lie down on the bed, or take a bath. The bathroom was disgusting. When my son wet the bed, they did nothing to clean the mattress. I would not recommend anyone to go to this hotel. It's not worth the money. Neither the service nor the cleanliness were good. Choose something else! Cleanliness is crucial in a hotel."
Alexandra Beach Resort & Spa
"PRO's: - incredible view over the sea - very friendly staff, Ms. Sandra , the reception manager, was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable - rooms are nice sized and clean - the hotel has a small shop inside, perfect if you do not wanna leave for 'peanuts' - the beach sunbeds are very comfortable and cheap - just in front of the hotel is one of the best beaches of the island , perfect for snorkeling - the Spa is nice, small and cozy with well prepared masseuses; each day they have new spa promotions CON's: - a soundproof ceiling would be recommended for the rooms under the Lounge Bar"
