"We have just returned from a wonderful two-week holiday at TUI Blue Caravel in Tsilivi, Zante, and had a truly fantastic time filled with rest and relaxation. The hotel has a peaceful ambiance throughout, both inside and outside, with stunning views across the bay. The staff were second to none—always smiling, friendly and eager to help. We would particularly like to mention Katia, Marianna and Mary in the restaurant; Elsa, Anni and Oliver from TUI; Bianca, Paulina and Nikita from the spa; and Vasilis, who worked tirelessly each evening taking drink orders. The daytime and evening entertainment were enjoyable, with organised activities during the day and live performances most evenings. We also took part in several excellent excursions, including the Shipwreck viewpoint, turtle watching, a local vineyard and olive press, and other traditional Zante crafts. Our jeep adventure was another highlight, offering fantastic views. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, and we never had any trouble finding sunbeds. Both infinity pools offered amazing sea views, and the water was warm to hot during our stay. While the beach is perhaps a little small, there are plenty of sunbeds available, and the sea is shallow and pleasantly warm. Our room was comfortable, with adequate storage, and was kept spotlessly clean by the housekeeping team. The only slight downside was its position at the rear/side of the hotel, overlooking a builders’ yard, although we could still enjoy a partial sea view. The hotel staff were very responsive and quickly dealt with any questions or requests we had. All in all, we had a fantastic holiday at TUI Blue Caravel and would definitely love to return."

"A Property beyond all others! I have stayed at many wonderful hotels, resorts and villas in many destinations and I must say Porto Zante is more than exceptional. From the moment we arrived to a warm welcome from staff and an introduction to the resort to our final departure with hugs from the team I could not have hoped for a more relaxing and beautiful vacation. We stayed for only 3 nights which surely not long enough but enjoy our villa with beautiful outdoor space and pool. The pool was perfect! On our arrival I was asked if the pool temperature was OK and upon checking it was a bit too cool for my comfort and by the next morning the pool was my prefered temperature. The breakfast served in our private villa garden was exceptional with the best eggs benedict I have eaten! The ladies who were so attentive which at the beach provide all we needed to enjoy the ocean and the water toys like paddle boards. We enjoy fantastic spa treatments in the oceanside spa as well. Dinner service in both the restaurants was amazing and complemented the delicious food served. The property is so beautiful like the island itself. For those who want to experience Greek islands I personally think Zakynthos should not be missed. As part of the Ionian islands it is more lush and green than Aegean and therefore more appealing to me. I would say that the privacy and service stand out the most. The rooms are absolutey great but I found that to be the case other places. What is most unique is truly the service delivered by everyone we came in contact with. They accommodated every request and more with a gracious attitude. It was such a refreshing pleasure when outstanding service is rate these days. Porto Zante is a place I highly recommend and it is truly a great value."

"Wow what an amazing hotel little hidden gem. Family run hotel, nothing was to much trouble, rooms spotless cleaned every day. Food amazing portions so big. Definitely value for money and more, rooms big and spacious. It’s not to far from the main strip due to its location it’s quiet and so relaxing just what we needed. They also have there own car hire, boat trips, we could go on and on We were so looked after, we will be coming back next year. Xx"

"We have just returned from a nice stay at the Tesoro, location was excellent for restaurants and bars, room was a lovely size and comfortable bed, bedding was lovely and fresh and cleaning staff cleaned and refreshed towels daily. Food could be better but we were not bothered as for what we paid our plan was to eat out daily drinks were a bonus. Staff were very helpful and the older bearded gentleman who was there every day working hard in the restaurant to ensure the food was always replenished, and the female English manager (sorry I didn’t get her name) was always on hand if there was any issues and was always so polite and did her utmost to resolve any issues but for us there wasn’t any where else can you get a decent room food,drink a swimming pool all for less than £70 a day."

AluaSoul Zakynthos - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"Stayed here for a week in July with my husband. We had a lovely week in my favourite club and upgraded to a swim up room which is 10000% worth it. However, the MFC upgrade wasn’t overly exciting - the same drinks, food options, and apart from access to the extra pools it seemed pointless. The buffet restaurant was good, not a wide selection but the quality was reasonable and the breakfast was excellent. The a la carte restaurant was good and good you can go as many times as you want. The burgers there in the day time were delicious!! Joanna and Renato are absolutely fabulous members of staff. Both working extremely hard every day and delivering excellent service always with a smile! Rooms were cleaned to a good standard and the general areas always felt clean, although we didn’t see the MFC pool outside our room be cleaned at any point during our stay. The Bali beds and bean bags were also not sprayed/cleaned to our knowledge. That being said, this is a good four star hotel in a peaceful location with excellent staff and a good offering for an extremely reasonable price, we would visit again."

"PRO's: - incredible view over the sea - very friendly staff, Ms. Sandra , the reception manager, was very helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable - rooms are nice sized and clean - the hotel has a small shop inside, perfect if you do not wanna leave for 'peanuts' - the beach sunbeds are very comfortable and cheap - just in front of the hotel is one of the best beaches of the island , perfect for snorkeling - the Spa is nice, small and cozy with well prepared masseuses; each day they have new spa promotions CON's: - a soundproof ceiling would be recommended for the rooms under the Lounge Bar"

"Zakynthos is a popular Greek island with many hotels, but finding a satisfactory one isn't easy. It needs a sea view, preferably with a pool; good restaurants, at least with a delicious and plentiful breakfast; it shouldn't be too far from the bustling commercial area, so there's something to explore; and most importantly, it needs to be good value for money, not too expensive. After quite a bit of searching, we finally found this hotel. Upon checking in, we really liked the room, including the large outdoor pool, and the room's layout and decor. The only unexpected thing was that the hotel was located on a hillside, and it had several different areas. The road signs were different from the names on the online booking, causing our driver to spend a lot of time searching. Fortunately, we could call the front desk to call a car for getting in and out, but it was a bit far to go shopping. The hotel restaurant's food was delicious, although even with a 10% discount for hotel guests, it was still a little pricey. Breakfast offered several set menus to choose from, and there were also complimentary fruits, cheeses, and drinks on the counter; the quality was impeccable. The hotel service was also impeccable!"

The pools are absolutely gorgeous, with plenty of sunbeds, great service, and sparkling clean water. The layout of the resort makes it easy to explore, and every corner feels thoughtfully designed. We also loved the beautiful beach just steps away — quiet, natural, and perfect for relaxing. What truly elevates Atlantica Eleon Grand is the team. Every member of staff we met was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Caretta Paradise Resort & WaterPark

"I had a daughter and mother trip here. The location was great as there was a couple of tavernas just outside the front of the resort. It was a nice atmosphere all round, my mum is disabled so we hired a mobility scooter for her to be able to get around the resort, we’re very happy we did this as this resort is huge and it’s on a hill so it would have been impossible for her to walk around. Luckily they do also have a porter/buggy service to drive you around however we did not want to always rely on them. Plus we watched the England v Mexico game which was on at 4am and the buggy service doesn’t operate in the middle of the night so we certainly needed the mobility scooter for her to get to the pub and back. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, we’re so happy we chose to stay in this room as it gave us the comfort of being able to use the pool and not be bothered by other people etc. The only issue we faced with the pool is the ladder getting in and out, it was quite a struggle for my mum to get out the pool as the steps on the ladder was quite high and she is partially paralyzed so she did struggle to get out of the pool. The suite was lovely however we did have an entire day ruined due to the bathroom flooding REALLY BAD within about 4 minutes of using the shower, the the whole bathroom flooded and the entire first bedroom was in a puddle, this then resulted in my mum slipping and falling and hitting her head causing it to bleed. The flooding was genuinely awful, we had to use all 8 of the towels (4 of them being our own towels) to try and dry up the flooding, we also had to use a duvet. I wish I had taken a video or photo to show just how awful the flooding issue was but I was too panicked in getting it dried up and helping my mum. The hotel then did not come to see to the flooding issue until at least 7 hours after we first reported it. This definitely ruined the day for us as my mum was then in quite a bit of pain and very uncomfortable for the rest of the day, and I was worried about her health especially with her hitting her head. It did cause a lot of anxiety and panic throughout the rest of the day. Luckily after this day she better and things took a better turn for us. We only used the all inclusive once and that was for breakfast, it was okay but wasn’t my favorite all inclusive breakfasts I’ve had. The only reason we didn’t eat lunches or dinners in the all inclusive was because we ate out, purely through our own choice of wanting certain foods like feta and honey saganaki etc. We did sit by the bar and had some of the all inclusive drinks, they was nice but not amazing. Also the check in service I was not too keen on. They give you a QR code to scan and then you check yourself in, I had lost the QR code by the time we got to our suite so I couldn’t get back into the website to see what the hotel offers etc. So ultimately we did feel quite in the dark about what the resort has to offer etc. We didn’t spend any time around"
