"We had a lovely stay in this hotel nestled in the heart of town. The staff were really welcoming and helped a couple of mad wild swimmers find a safe bit of river to swim in. We really appreciated them letting us continue in our faltering French even though they spoke English. This is a rare treat and helps us improve. The reception staff were patient and offered the right amount of prompting when needed. We ate in the restaurant which was another great experience. Decent value food, well presented and attentive waiting staff. The room was fine, quite quirky in layout and decor, the air conditioning really appreciated. All in all a fantastic stay, we will be back."
