Our room was just perfect for us. We asked for extra pillows and it was no problem getting them. We were extremely happy that there was a Smoking Room Available! I was Extremely Happy because I am so tired of having to go outside to smoke. It was so nice to be able to actually sit at a table and relax for once and watch a movie on HBO or Cinemax. The outside was lit-up all night long, so it was very nice that they took the effort to do that to make their customers feel safe. The pool was also open. It's family oriented. I can also see that they are constantly making improvements to the property. It's not a fancy place. But I am very pleased, and I hope that they actually keep them all with Smoking options and @ $50. bucks By the way. There is an Amazing Restaurant right in front of it also. The food is fantastic they open @ 6am Prairie Kitchen, I believe. Overall our stay was better here than paying high dollar amount somewhere closer to our Concert Event. It was perfect for us. Thanks so much to the Ardmore Crew !!!!! We really do appreciate all your hard work!!!!

Disgusting & disturbing
They called us hours before to verify we were coming. When we arrived at the time we told them we would be there, there was a note tht said theyd be back, so we waited. Finally get in our room. It smells! Pulled top blanket back and there were other peoples/animals hair had to ***** sheets back just to possibly lay on something clean. Shower door wouldnt shut, water got all over the floor, and the towels smelled like piss! It was disgusting behind the bathroom door close the floor it looked like some chucked a turd but they ddnt clean it! It was nasty and hard to sleep

Over all good stay im from out of town so i was little hetic on getting the room wasnt to pricey people in the town were friend i wouldnt mind staying again when passing through

I usually don't complain however! First of all, the tile floor was wet and buckled up in front of the refrigerator. The water was turned off at the toilet. Couldn't close the shower door without slamming it. The toilet was dirty as well as long dark hairs all over it.

The hotel charged us their rate instead of the rate posted on your site, charged us an extra fee to check in 10 minuets early. There were bullet holes in the walls and windows next to our room. Trash was in the bins in the room when we entered, everything else seemed to be clean but at that point it was too late to get our money back. There were also other guests who stayed up all night partying and the cops were eventually called (not by us)! On top of all of that, ********** also tried charging my card a second time after we had checked in. When we book, we always choose to pay at the hotel unless it doesnt give us that option. We have never had an issue with doing this until this trip! If youre planning to stay in Ardmore, just take a look at other options and pay the extra $20.

Bathrooms were really dirty. Toilet was nasty with poop and the door that divides the rooms didnt close completely, definitely that is unsafe. But it was really dirty, and nasty.
