My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's quite slept like a baby.. we will be back soon.

I work night shift I called the reservation hotline to make a reservation I specifically asked for early check in because I have been up all night and needed to go to sleep they said yes not a problem. So my husband and I head down there we get there I tell the guy who I was and I was here to check in they told me on the phone to show up between 11-12 the guy was extremely rude and said oh we aren’t doing that I said not they put a note on my reservation for early check in he said I’m not doing that. I said then I want my money back and we will go elsewhere he said it’s no refundable I said I will go thru my bank then and make sure u do not get to steal my money the place was extremely trashy and dirty I would not have wanted to stay there anyways so probably a good thing that happen we got another room somewhere else that wasn’t dirty and did do early check in. If I could give this place minus stars I would don’t stay here .

Hotel lobby was dark and unwelcoming with a foul order. Felt unsafe. Advertised a handicap walk-in shower sleeps four. Room was a king bed and a chair. Scam on advertising room with photos and description that did not match the room or accommodations described.

The bathroom was dirty, and the pillows had stains that were visible through three pillowcases. It was gross. We had to shower in our shoes.

Plus: evening manager was very gracious and helpful! Easy check in and made coffee for a tired traveler.
Room was clean and comfortable.

My stay was pretty good only issue was i was charged a deposit and told i would get it back after check out. Its been over a week and i still havent recieved my deposit on my card

We needed something quickly and this was 'cheap' at $77/night. You get what you pay for. Musty smell to room and other odors throughout room and hallway. Shower was very dated, obviously had mold, a hole in the ceiling from where a fan had been removed and a bucket had been placed underneath the sink to catch leaking water. The fire alarm had wires hanging out of it. The bed was not the most comfortable, but adequate. Had to ask for bath towels. Mini fridge worked well and microwave was great. TV was good too. Quiet. Breakfast had very little selection, just coffee, eggs, waffles, dry cereal, bananas that I saw. Customer service lacking all around. Just appeared very dated and neglected. I took photos but I can't get them to upload to my computer.

Exceptional quality, and an exceptional price.
Extremely good conditions at a good price that suited our needs. We were staying there on our way to a vacation site. We will definitely stay there again on our way back. And probably on future trips. And with sure Falls close by were already planning future trips to the hotel.

It was a convenient place to stay. Older hotel, but well-maintained. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Served from 6-9. I arrived to the lobby at 6:40, and the "grab and go" items were all gone.
