"Such a wonderful hotel, literally ON the beach in Arcachon. Rooms are beautiful, and even though we weren’t sea-side, we had a fabulous outlook over the old town. Bit of a hiccup when we arrived and were taken to a room that hadn’t been cleaned, but that was quickly smoothed over. And something lost in translation at lunch when they brought me a dish I hadn’t ordered, and the waitress didn’t seem best pleased. But overall, the staff were so friendly and professional, and the hotel is just lovely."

"We had been rejected to check in. We arrived around 8.50 pm. The hotel has an unclear Luckily, I can use my Accor App to book a room instead for the night. Quite unlucky to have this experience for the last night in France while we had a lovely and nice hospitality from other hotels/accommodations in France. Very small parking space - you need a good parking skill to use it."
