Accueil tres appréciable et très disponible. Appartement bien équipé, bien exposé. Local équipements de ski nickel. Piscine, hamman et sauna agréables. Mais il manque de la vaisselle (assiette, poêle) et la literie du canapé convertible est trop molle.

La struttura è più recete rispetto agli altri residence Francesi e questo si nota anche nelle finiture interne ed nel maggior comfort generale. Buoni i servizi proposti, ottimo wifi. Punti deboli: nei momenti di punta il solo ascensore presente nel corpo A generava qualche minuto di attesa di troppo. La sauna non ha un'area relax ma da direttamente su una palestra. Acqua piscina non calda (28° come dichiarano), ok per nuotare ma se si resta statici per accudire i bambini dopo un po' si accusa il freddo.

Superbe location. Literie au top. Oreillers moelleux. Tout pour cuisiner. Au top également la livraison de pains et viennoiseries derrière la porte pour le petit déjeuner. Casiers à skis au rdc très pratique. De l'accueil au départ tout est super. Merci beaucoup.

Great locations for ski in ski out skiing. And highly recommend Skimuim opposite for ski hire. Excellent service. The apartment was great value for money but lacked two easy to remedy things.
A heated towel rail for the lack of towels. One each is not enough when’s swimming pool so constantly damp. Also a tea cloth or oven glove is missing from the inventory. Getting things out the oven with a ski sock isn’t great.
I found the double bed far too hard, but that is personal preference.
Staff lovely.
We stayed last week of ski season and were incredibly lucky with the snow. But majority of cafes and restaurants had shut. Supermarket also very low on stock. So be prepared for a visit to Bourg as 1800 and 1600 even less open.

Accueil parfait et personnel agréable. On a apprécié l'appartement avec une superbe vue sur le domaine et la résidence ski aux pieds. En revanche, le casier à ski est trop petit quand on a un double équipement ski + snow! Cependant, une avancée en matière de recyclage serait la bienvenue dans les appartements avec plusieurs box de tri.

Heel vriendelijke & professionele ontvangst, appartement ( voor 6 personen) vrij klein maar netjes en voorzien van de noodzakelijke benodigdheden. Broodservice incluis. Kleine herstellingen werden terstond opgelost. Zwembad aanwezig binnen het gebouw.

Great location, lovely apartment with ample room for four adults, friendly staff, good facilities. Furniture a little tired but still functional. Arc 2000 isn’t as picturesque as 1950, but it has awesome lift access and some fantastic slopes on your doorstep.

Lovely comfortable and cosy accommodation. Great pool and sauna facilities. Friendly staff. Really close to everything - brilliant location! Only slight downsides were the sauna was out of action for 2 days and that was the main reason we booked the place, and the underfloor heating was way too hot for Easter and it wasn’t possible to turn it down yourself.

Localisation toppissime ,la résidence se trouve aux pieds des pistes ,départ et retour ski aux pieds ,personnel accueillant,souriant,réactif Manque 1 petit degrés à la piscine voir 2 pour que se soit parfait pour les filles (pour ma part ça suffit )l’appart (33)nickel pas de vis a vis ,calme ,la résidence ainsi que l’appart très propre ,les lits fait à l’arrivée sont 1 plus après 1 jour de route ,linge de toilette nous laisse un peu plus de place dans la voiture Nous reviendrons sans problème le plus tôt possible Merci à toute l’équipe .
