"The hotel has a private beach and pool, making it perfect for a vacation. All hotel facilities can be paid for with your room key, which is very convenient. The beach water was a little murky, but the pool was very clean. We requested a paid shuttle service from the hotel, but unfortunately they weren't at the airport at the time we were picked up, and the driver was rude. Overall, the value for money is not bad."

"We stayed at this hotel for five nights. We felt welcomed and pampered. The staff—from the manager to the rest of the team—are delightful, attentive to guests' needs, and ready to provide assistance with any need, exceeding all expectations. The property is an oasis of peace, managed with care, sensitivity, and attention to detail. Breakfast is plentiful and varied. Again, quality and attention to detail are evident in every detail. "The hotel has an interesting architecture and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast is ok but not fantastic. Regarding the parking, if you park the car inside the hotel, the keys must be handed over in the reception. Having said that, I must refer that I was shocked by the lack of politeness and rudeness of the hotel/restaurant manager. Atrocius bad manners. We checked in at around 5pm, without being given any information about using the pool. At 7:20 pm, when we returned from the beach, I went up to my room while my sons (16 and 14) went to the pool without knowing that it closed at 7:30 pm. While they were in the shower to clean off the salt and sand, they were approached aggressively and rudely by a man speaking Italian, a language that my children don't speak. Given my children's complaints, I asked reception about the rules of the pool, and was told that it opened at 9:00 am and closed at 7:30 pm. Nothing more. I passed that information to my sons and forgot about it. The next day, we arrived at 6:15pm and my sons used the pool, while I went went to the nearby supermarket for around 20 minutes. When I returned, the rooms' key cards were blocked because "we didn't respect the rules of the pool". My wife asked what rules were that and they said that "children must be accompanied by their parents and no diving was allowed". I went to the pool to inform my sons about it. I talked to the employee of the pool who told me that they have dived 3 times and that they were not accompanied by me. I read the rules and it didn't refer the ages of the children so it seemed that younsters under 18 are considered children. I sat in the pool chairs and waited till the 7:29pm and to assure that the rules were followed by my sons. As I was there, 2 others boys dived into the pool, the employee saw it but didn't care on a clear double standards attitude. At 7:30pm, we left the pool and the manager was appologizing to some customers, saying that the reprimands were not for them, but for "others". I speak Italian so I understood it clearly. The "others" was me and my family, but he didn't have the righteousness of talking to me personally during the 2 days that we spent there. This situation could be avoided easily if he did it and if he could show some politeness. But no, just bad manners and total unability to deal with simple, easy to solve situations. I intended to have dinner at the restaurant but changed my mind because of that. When I made the check-out, I complained about it but the reception employees gave me ridiculous excuses about the behaviour of the manager."

"I have just had the most fantastic 2 weeks stay at Hotel Dune in the Arbatax Park Resort. The Dune Hotel Manager personally ensures that guests have the best stay possible! She ensures she is visibly present all day long, and nothing is too much trouble. The staff are wonderfully friendly and the rooms are exceptionally clean, as are the Dune Hotel amenities. It is rustic and authentically Italian - a gem in the middle of the east Sardinia coastline. Would highly recommend - especially for a couples trip!! Thank you to all at the Hotel Dune!"

"This is really amazing place that looks like small Sardinian villa in the shade of lush greenery. We lived in Suite Del Mare with beautiful sea view which we saw while sitting on our terrace and even lying in bed. Every morning was magical! I really liked the beaches of the resort. They are different: sandy and rocky, some with a pontoon or stairs. There are many cozy places with sun beds and umbrellas. And what a crystal clear sea! There are several restaurants at the resort, but we only went to Del Mare because as breakfast as diner were tasty. The staff is helpful and friendly. I especially want to thank Vineta Riekstina – Guest Relation Executive of Suites Del Mare. The only one that I regret that can’t stay longer."
