"A great place to stop on the way from Adelaide to Melbourne. Worried I wouldn't be able to check in before 6 PM, I called to inquire about self-service check-in. I was told it was available until 8 PM. Upon arrival, a foreign lady checked me in, but judging by the Maitreya Buddha and Maneki Neko decorations at the front desk, I assumed the owner was Chinese. The next day, when checking out, my daughter encountered a charming Chinese lady who even gave her candy from the Christmas tree. The hotel was clean, but one small suggestion: the pillows were too high, making sleeping very tiring. A set of loft pillows would have been perfect."

"Elegant, grand and relaxed! A stay at Mt William Station stops the clock and leaves the pressures of the world at the front gate. Rich in history and style. The chef inspired and presented food is amazing as is the scenery. The Station is a place where the grand days of Australia’s pastoral homesteads meets relaxed modern country hospitality. Definitely a must-visit! Our room was elegant and comfortable. Bathroom was clean with good amenities The gardens were well tended and very relaxing The staff went beyond, non intrusive, friendly and we could not fault. The best of the Grampians. We will go back !"

The place was clean, beautiful, and spacious — perfect for our group, with plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kids to spread out and relax. The location is fantastic, being close to the Grampians, making it an ideal base for exploring the national park while still enjoying a peaceful, quiet retreat at the end of the day. The villa was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the surrounding views were stunning. Communication with the host was smooth and easy throughout our stay. We'd happily come back and definitely will try the dining at Iris next visit."
