The man at the front desk was very polite, and when we checked out he asked us, "Is there anything I can do to help? Is everything okay?" The staff member who carried our luggage to the room also explained the room facilities to us in detail, and when we checked out he said, "Have a nice day." The female staff member at the restaurant was always watching us, and when we didn't seem to understand, she came to our table right away. The bread at the restaurant was not too sweet, and was very delicious. When my daughter got sugar on her clothes because it was so delicious, a female staff member came right away and carefully wiped it off to clean it up. We were able to stay very comfortably.

Fantastic family experience. Vilaggio Mall is next door. Lots of shops and children's activities available. Staff were friendly, proactive and helpful. Room was great. Ipad controls made it easy to change the ambience at the touch of a screen. The bathroom had a lovely white tub so i recommend taking some roses and bubble bath to relax with. Shower was leaking a lot of water....
Gorgeous views on each floor. Ladies fitness facilities were really well maintained and easy to access. Hospitality and housekeeping was wonderful throughout our stay. Everyone was very helpful and courteous.
The dining experience needs some improvement. The menu items are not really gourmet. 360 Restaurant menu needs more flavour. Afternoon tea in the Tea Garden was OK. The scones need more flavour and should not be restricted to afternoon tea set menu. They were not served with clotted cream, but a local substitute maybe?
Talabat service in this location is very good. Lots of quality food delivery options available. I recommend getting the app if staying at this hotel.
It would be really nice if this hotel provided a cart service to take guests to and from Aspire Park. Especially for families with children. It's difficult to walk out in humid weather. A local tour would be very helpful too.

I respect all the Laws of each country I visit as I am their guest. However, no-where does it say on this site it's a dry hotel. This should be displayed somewhere before you book, not having to do a deep search on each hotel in Doha. Secondly, women can only swim at certain times in their pool, even when it a sweltering 48°C. Torch will always be popular and in high demand for other type of travellers. The rules are there, I accept that - just not for my travels. Room has some unique and creative amenties. Change the lighting in the room by colour preference. TV goes on, curtains can close automatically. Design and "bragging rights you stayed there" may sway your decision. Other than the adjacent mall, nothing in the area to do unless you taxi/Uber
