Ei Mon and Charity made the stay and visit memorable. They were most lovely and hospitable. The facilities were amazing. The rooms beyond luxurious. The food at La Casa was prepared very well and was most appetising. The ambience of the hotel is classy and elegant.

This resort is truly exceptional, offering outstanding service and a luxurious atmosphere. It was my second visit, and I will definitely be coming back again. The dining experience at La Casa was perfect, thanks to the excellent management of Chef Mahdi and the exceptional service from Eimon. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, making our meal truly enjoyable. A special thanks to Mr. Haitham Ben Azouz, the duty manager, for his outstanding hospitality and attentiveness. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Highly recommended!

Amazing place and view to celebrate or relax, the decorations! The outdoor! But!!! The worst service i have ever seen!!! Veryyy sloowww! I have to call many times asking for the same thing!! 30 min waiting for the gulf car!! There's no professionalism at work at all!!
