Henry (Manager) & staff are extremely accommodating and our room was very clean & comfortable. AS an IHG Diamond Elite member since 2016, I have nothing but GREAT reviews for this hote. They have renovated room with upgraded furniture, appliances & wall decor. Upon checkin, i didn’t have to wait and received my Welcome bonus points immediately, this was a big plus. The service was exceptional & Jane/entire staff was very professional, customer friendly & very well trained in the service industry. I would definitely recommend this hotel. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!
