Beppu Apartments

There's a supermarket within walking distance nearby, making it convenient and affordable to buy anything. There's also a small hot spring shop across the street. The room lighting is a bit dim. There's a kitchenette, but the provided utensils need replacing. Cleanliness needs improvement. The bathroom is nice and has a clothes dryer, but the washing machine is very dirty and needs cleaning.

The interior was exactly as pictured, and both the kitchen and bathroom were immaculately maintained. Don Quijote and a convenience store are within a five-minute walk, and a department store and park are within a 15-minute walk, making for a truly convenient and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely book this place again for my next trip to Beppu with a larger group. Thank you so much.

The place I located 10 minute walk from Beppu station. The checkin is done through a tablet on the reception. Unmanned. Make sure you have the entrance pin code. Not the easiest of checkins. The walls in the bathroom are dusty, the AC too. The bathroom is not heated, so very cold. We had the AC on max, still very cold, there was a cold draft from one of the light switches. The beds are comfy and clean.

Nice self check in hotel. Received the check in code in morning of check in. This hotel has no elevator so be prepared to carry luggage up stairs. We were lucky to get the ground floor unit. Good laundry facilities with washing machine, washing power, dryer inside the bathroom. Cooking facilities was good. Clean and beds were comfy.

全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。 ２点、改善いただきたい点があります。 1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。 2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。 以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

Pros: Stayed at Room 203 meant for 5 person… Spacious and comfortable room! Had a window too! Good soundproofing between rooms. Only could hear passing by of trains while awake, so wasn’t a big an issue to us. TV has YouTube and Netflix to watch! Cons: No lift!!! We had to carry our heavy & big luggages to the 2nd floor! *Should indicate shortage of this important facility in the booking system! Only 2 parking spaces for 7 units. *Should also indicate in the booking system that parking spaces are first come first served and have to park at nearby paying car parks if both were being taken up. Will be nice to provide some garbage bags in the room as clearing of food waste from the room was definitely necessary during the many days of our stay! Dining table (super wobbly and one side of the table legs seemed like giving away very soon) needs to changed/repaired instantly!

If you make a reservation on Trip.com, you don't seem to receive a guide. I visited without knowing the password for check-in. I made a call while writing a phone bill, but someone who can only speak Japanese received a call. It was too uncomfortable to know the password. I didn't know how to connect to Wi-Fi. The attention points such as customers on the 2nd floor were written in the laminate precautions, but I felt noisy because I could hear the footsteps and the sound of dragging chairs conspicuously! But it was very easy to spend and the washing machine and tableware were very good!
