SSusanne ThielThis accommodation is primarily practical. It's all you need and the parking is right in front of the door.
What unfortunately did not like was the quality of mattresses. You feel every pearl. Also the sofa was old and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, there was no haak to hang towels.
It is a rebuilt store. When you open the windows forcing, everyone who passes through the street can look directly in. Airs only go if you leave the door up front.
For 2 nights OK if you're otherwise on the way.

HHuangbenbendemamaI stayed in Beppu for three nights. This residential hotel was in a super convenient location, just 2 minutes from Donki. The kitchen was nice, and the washing machine had a bit of a smell, but it's essential for families with kids. The bathroom was also a drying room, so after showering at night, I did the laundry and hung it up to dry, experiencing a taste of Japanese family life. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which was inconvenient for those with heavy luggage staying on the second floor. Beppu has Kyushu Natural Zoo, Oita Aquarium, Takasakiyama Monkey Park, and Beppu Hell. It's not boring even if you don't go shopping.

SsumsumtseDidnt receive any email from the hotel prior to arrival and stayed outside of this servised apartment for more than half an hour trying to contact the hotel. Staff English level is worrying, spent more than 20 minutes just to get them to have my email address to send me an email of the check in code. Other than that, the room is very spacious and clean, with heating and clothing drying function ij the bathroom is very handy when travelling with small kids.

GGuest User全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。
２点、改善いただきたい点があります。
1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。
2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。
以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。

The homestay is a little depreciated, but the sanitary facilities are OK, the sound insulation is poor, this time I stayed underground, and I heard it clearly when I walked upstairs.

However, the traffic on the floor will be a little louder and will affect the downstairs, so you have to slow down. There is no reception desk, and this platform will not take the initiative to help you find a bridge to ask the owner. Therefore, you must take the initiative to ask the customer service a day in advance. What is the password at the door? I only found out when I arrived. Buffet. But no one, including customer service, notified me. I was waiting for the email from customer service and the owner with the password, and finally waited for 30 minutes before entering the hotel. Really wasting my time.
I think it's a plus that this B&B has a washing machine, and the bed is comfortable. There is no big problem with the bathroom either. Just when you enter the door, I suggest you take the initiative to ask customer service for the password.

But it was very easy to spend and the washing machine and tableware were very good!
