Beppu Apartments

Because I booked a hotel too late before, I couldn't get one, so I booked this one. It's a completely self-service hotel; even check-in is done at the front desk using an iPad.

I was assigned a room on the first floor; the second floor is a bit noisy. Everything else was great. There's parking available, one free parking space per room. The room was spacious, with two double beds, a bathtub, a toilet, a kitchen, a microwave, an IH oven, and, importantly, free washing machine and dryer, along with complimentary laundry balls. Self-check-in is feasible for young people, but might be more challenging for elderly guests or those unfamiliar with technology. If multiple groups are checking in, there might be a wait. I would definitely book this hotel again if I travel to the area again, and I would recommend it to family and friends.

全般的にはとても良かったと思います。JRの駅に近く、周りには温泉も複数あり、スーパーや飲食店にも徒歩圏内です。卓上ミラーを誤って落として片側を割ってしまいました。すいません。代わりになるものを１００円ショップで購入しておきました。機能的には劣るかもしれませんが、お使いいただければと。 ２点、改善いただきたい点があります。 1. エアコンの掃除をした方が良いです。中の熱交換器が埃に覆われているため、効率が悪いです。掃除することで電気代も下がると思いますし、もっと冷えると思います。 2. 長期滞在なのにゴミの無料回収が１回のみでした。夏場の暑い時期なので、せめて週に１回は回収していただきたいです。または分別方法、捨てる方法を教えていただければ対応可能ですので、そのあたりは宿泊者や宿泊数に応じて臨機応変に対応いただけると助かります。 以上です。大変お世話になりました。もしまた別府に行く機会があれば、利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
