WWorld_WandererNice little photo spots around inside hostel (heater nearby), experience corner allows you to try Kimono (free to try inside hostel, chargeable if you want to wear out), and do some little craft. They sell handmade stuff too.
There’s a normal kitchen table you can use, and little lockers (with key) if you want to deposit small items near the reception.
Washer and dryer are each available for use at a fixed charge (300 yen each, Jan 2025).
Japanese style bath house available.
Last photo shows the 5 steps to lay the bedding in the room. Decent space and aircon is warm enough for winter period; though there’s no floor heating, they have a table with cloth around that you can use to keep your feet warm.
Amenities is 4/5 because they don’t allow you to use the shower for free after check out, but they still allow the use of kitchen, and toilet after check out.
Luggage deposit before check in and after check out is free as of Jan 2025.

3320787****This hotel offers incredible value for money. First off, the location is fantastic – it's directly opposite Kawaguchiko Station, literally a one-minute walk. Even though there's traffic outside, the soundproofing in the room was quite good, so it didn't disturb our rest. The most amazing thing is that for this price, you can open the window and have a direct view of Mount Fuji. It's absolutely stunning! Who can understand the feeling of it raining in the morning and clearing up in the afternoon, then opening the window to find a majestic mountain right before your eyes? The room is quite small, but perfectly adequate. The bathing facilities are communal, but it wasn't inconvenient or crowded at all, contrary to what I might have expected. You can even see Mount Fuji directly while soaking in the bath. It completely exceeded my expectations!

JJin-chanHad a really great time staying here with friends. Very close to Lake Kawaguchi with a magnificent view of Mt. Fuji, if weather is ok, from Oo-Ishi Park. Some quaint cafes and restaurants are located within the park. The accommodation also has some kitchen utensils which are very convenient if you are planning to cook for dinner or breakfast. Would definitely book this cottage again if I am planning to stay again in the area with friends.

CChau KirinThe hotel is equipped with cooking utensils and a large refrigerator. The double-storey unit is very unique. It has the feeling of a suburb close to the countryside. It is very comfortable and comfortable. It is inevitable that insects will enter the house, so those who are concerned should pay attention.
Every house faces Mount Fuji, so you can enjoy the beautiful view of the inverse Fuji through opening the windows.

GGuest UserI had a great stay at this place. The room was quite big, we were a group of 3 adults. It had a 711 right infront of it so you don't get hungry. The bus stop was just a few steps away. You have to take the red line from kawaguchiko station and it stops almost infront of the place. And they had bikes for rent with a discounted price for their guests. The downside was they had no elevator so it was quite a feat to carry your luggages but they only had 2 floors anyway so it was still all good. Even if it was very cold outside, the room felt very warm and cozy. They had a small table tatami style where you can eat your food.

GGuest UserLake Kawaguchi at the foot of Mount Fuji has beautiful scenery. On a sunny day, Mount Fuji looks great in photos. The accommodation is very close to the station, only a few minutes' walk away. I would recommend it to other friends who come to Japan.

GGuest UserThe room is large and the bed is a capsule hotel type. It can accommodate up to 10 people. It is suitable for friends traveling together. But it is a bit far from Kawaguchiko Station. There are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. It is quite convenient. There is a kitchen for cooking. The scenery is very good under Mount Fuji.

GGuest UserThe room is very big, and it will be no problem for 4 people. We stayed in Room 214, and there was Mount Fuji outside the window. It was a little far from Kawaguchiko Station, about a 10-minute walk? But no problem, it’s nice to take a look at each house’s yard along the way ~ You can also pass by the Initial D internet celebrity check-in point ~ The hotel is on the 2nd floor. It’s a little inconvenient to bring luggage. You have to go upstairs to enter 214. It’s suitable for those who haven’t yet. Buy, buy, buy suitcases~ Registration is all self-service. You can’t find information before 3 o’clock. We arrived 10 minutes early and we can get there as soon as we arrive. The bathroom is public and very clean, so don't worry. The open-air bath we went out for did not take up any resources. The most important thing is that it’s cheap, clean, and big!

GGuest UserPerfect base to visit all the tourist spots around fujikawaguchiko and it’s just 5min walk from the station! Room 201 that is for 3-4 people got the best view of mount fuji by the glass door to its tiny balcony. I would book this room again when we come back.

GGuest UserExcellent location, just a few minutes walk from Kawaguchiko Station. The room was spacious with a tatami bed and a bunk bed, it can comfortably sleep 3 people. There is also an air purifier in the room. The bathroom and toilet are shared, they are spotless.
