"It was a bad experience. I initially asked the hotel, directly via SMS, to see if my check in date can be adjisted. Trip.com i formrd me that hotel did not approve. So really drove hard just to gwt to the hotel and ulrimately whwn I get to the hotel, my booking was gone because they said it was ok to move dates but there was no twply. Trip.com said the hotel.dosapproved my book8ng was valif. When I got to rhe hotel was told there was no rroom becaise my booking was cancelled. Duh???"
