6點鐘後辦理的入住。前台一男一女一開始説208房，一會又改成301，沒有電梯，我們3個女的提出能否幫我們把行李箱拎到3樓，前台的女子立刻説：我們沒有這項服務，工作人員也已經下班了。我也不知道他們倆算什麼（她説他們不是老闆）。如此我們衹好退一步要求房間改到2樓，回答是：2樓沒有空房間而且你們也沒在訂單裏註明訂在2樓（在攜程訂房間還要註明樓層？）還滿臉譏笑説：不行你們換其他地方住啊（這是拿捏住我們過了免費退房時間了）。真如吃了個蒼蠅！我們本着在外多一事不如少一事，衹得按下火氣耐着性子再商量，同時調出攜程訂單，看到上面明確標了2層，這才給了我們他們倆口中沒有的2樓房間，更讓我們意外的還是房間的佈局和設施，3人間沒有3套洗漱品，1平米不到的衞生間集中着洗臉枱蹲廁淋浴，最難受的是淋浴的水順着門口全流前房間內，緊挨着衞生間的床邊全是水。這種環境、衞生、服務態度是如何在攜程出現的？攜程還能放心用嗎？
