整體是非常好的體驗。
還在高鐵上就收到了司機小路的引導短訊，按照引導到站後很快就能坐上車、到達酒店，很安心。小路很穩重、細心。
酒店環境好，工作人員熱情，房間隔音不錯，早餐贊，打車方便。

中葯泡腳體驗:旅行每天上萬步，泡腳緩解疲勞。

第一次來安陽，個人對酒店還是比較挑剔的，但是這家酒店要給五星好評，前台接待熱情，有求必應，因為火車時間要晚上6點半，希望遊玩回來再休息會等再去火車站，提了希望延遲退房，前台給延到了5點半，真的很感謝，還有負責接送的司機小路接送準時，禮貌，非要把兩個箱子自己接過去，非常好的一次住宿體驗

感謝前台姑娘們（李揚、朱曉妞、郜微）的熱心服務，態度非常好，問題解決得又快又好，特別感謝！房間寬敞乾淨沒味道，設施都很新，浴室超大，早餐自助特別好，既有常規的也有安陽本地特色，味道都很好！退房還送了孩子小零食，特別周到！期待下次再來！

房間非常好，屋裡是地暖，這對於睡覺需要安靜的人來説很重要，因為不用被空調的聲音吵醒。
前台小姐姐劉敏專業而熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺。
房間負責清潔的阿姨李彥茹很熱心，在滿房的情況下幫我們協調了一床單加的被子。
