整體感覺非常不錯，雖然衹住了一天（7 ～8日）但前台服務的所有人員都給我們留下了難忘的印象。首先主動為我們升級了房型，因為行程有變，剛剛入住，就找到前台請她們幫忙退掉一天的住房，前台的幾位服務人員非常熱情的幫助手機上一通操作，同時又主動的幫助我們退掉9日的車票，重新購買8日的車票……一切都是她們積極熱情，主動幫我們解決問題，使我們深愛感動……真的是一切美好的入住體驗

第一次來安陽，美好的旅行從張師傅接站開始，短短路程他很熱情的介紹了安陽所有值得去的景點，最主要他説了一句話特別有格局，希望您幫我們安陽文旅做一下宣傳。
酒店的確是個老酒店，但是房間足夠大，早餐也足夠豐富，安陽特色早點都有。他們的服務不遜色於國際五星。

高鐵站接送: 直接通過攜程電話聯繫就可以了。不過這次是因為我們高鐵到站時間和上一位被接車的客人到站時間離得太近，加之路上堵車，預約的接車改成了我們自己打車然後迎賓館報銷。衹需要在前台出示付款記錄即可報銷。
免費清洗2件單衣: 衣服會洗乾淨烘乾然後熨好
中葯泡腳體驗: 給了泡腳桶和中葯包，直接送到房間裏，不過需要自己接熱水泡腳。
設施：雖然開業時間很早，但是房間內裝修依然很符合當下的風格，總體看起來挺新的。
服務：入住會送一個洗漱包，這一點感覺很不錯。房間內有撥號引導單，按照需要用房間內座機撥號即可。迎賓館內的廣式餐廳提供房間內用餐服務，如果是房間內用餐會加好像是15%的服務費，我們當時選了房間內用餐的，但是在餐廳內用餐不需要加收。不過那個廣式餐廳裏面的菜味道確實還可以，感覺挺好吃的。
衞生：房間內很乾凈，但是洗手間在洗完澡以後有異味，反饋給前台有及時處理。但是因為是下水道的原因，有人來看了以後還是有異味。
總體來説還是很不錯的，希望能解決一下下水道的問題。以後來安陽還會繼續選擇迎賓館。

安陽最好的酒店，沒有之一。服務大氣優秀，直接送孩子一份早餐，房間送水果、送牛奶、送四瓶水，還貼心的送洗腳葯包，太貼心了！到袁林大約15分鐘車程，到殷墟25分鐘車程，很方便，下次來安陽還住這！
