Think it’s a love hotel… room is v dark. And the door need to slam to close… so noisy… only good thing is there’s a CU next door and restaurants around and walking distance to the art park which is very big area itself.

Loved the place , the location its Nice , its far from the center around 1 hour from the seoul station , but the Subway its a good 10 mins walk , really like gwanak it was a Nice Anyang art Park , a lot of coffees and a Nice to cu besides the hotel , the breakfast is exelente unfortunatelly we couldnt enjoyed Often since 3 of the 5 days they didnt do because there was no groups in the hotel , the coffee that opens at 11 is good , the rooms are nice , they Bring water bottles and fresh towels every day , and the laundry system is perfect for travelers , the bed is a bit to soft , felt sinking in it a bit bad for my back , but , enjoy the hotel Will comeback when am back to seoul

The room looked like It had been quickly wiped down before I entered and the floors were still dirty. I was suppose to stay for 2 nights but only stayed 1 due to the bed being absolutely uncomfortable and the restaurant staff being very rude. The restaurant and cafe were clearly open, however once I entered, the woman working said I didn’t belong there and that I needed to leave but served a guest immediately after me. I will not be staying here again.

Very close to both highway and convenience stores, ideal location and good parking

Hotel was little outdated but the local ion and nearby public transportation was a positive point.

Service was great! They were very helpful and accomodating. However, we did ask for a room change since the first room they gave us wasn't all that clean. When we got the room change it was better! A lot more clean and good enough to sleep. You definitely get what you pay for.

I always enjoy my stay here. I specially like the balconies and the top floors. The view is good from there!

Clean, sufficient for stay over night there. Takes 40 minutes with the metro to Seoul city center

First,I was upset, because of confusion with the room size) but then, the trip.com customer service solved the issue fast! The hotel's free of charge offers like laundry or scanner, steam iron were just a nice surprise! As I travelled alots and such service is chargeable in most of the hotels around the world! Quite,relaxing atmosphere! The stay was pleasant,the weather was wonderful,the people in Korea are very friendly and helpful!

The quality of bedding is terrible. This hotel should be a 3 star hotel with good price, but not a 4 star hotel
