The floor was not very clean and the balcony was not clean either. It had a nice view, but there was a lack of cleaning outside and a table and chairs if it was to be usable. The mattress was incredibly bad, you were lying directly on springs.

Loved the place , the location its Nice , its far from the center around 1 hour from the seoul station , but the Subway its a good 10 mins walk , really like gwanak it was a Nice Anyang art Park , a lot of coffees and a Nice to cu besides the hotel , the breakfast is exelente unfortunatelly we couldnt enjoyed Often since 3 of the 5 days they didnt do because there was no groups in the hotel , the coffee that opens at 11 is good , the rooms are nice , they Bring water bottles and fresh towels every day , and the laundry system is perfect for travelers , the bed is a bit to soft , felt sinking in it a bit bad for my back , but , enjoy the hotel Will comeback when am back to seoul

Weak water pressure, toilet leaks, lights go out, door won't close, hair dryer is difficult to use.

The accommodation is clean, the room is big, the service is good, it is near restaurants and convenience stores, but it is quite far from the subway station. You have to take a bus or taxi to get to the train station. The hotel is outside of Seoul.

There's a lot of dust and the interior feels a bit damp. If you look between the table legs, it looks like they've never been cleaned. They're pure white.
