Unfortunately, we dealt with bedbugs in the room. The apartment was not really clean, the fan was broken, and the curtains were too small for the windows. The location in the centre is great, but there's a lot of disturbance from partygoers. I would skip this accommodation and look for another place in this beautiful city.

Bed bugs. Best avoid!!! Internet didn’t work but no matter I could hot spot my phone. The issue was waking up at 4am incredibly itchy and finding bed bugs! Now spending the day doing laundry to kill any possibility of contamination on my luggage. Horrible night, no excuses for bed bugs, gross and unpleasant Also coffee machine did not work

One of the WORST stays that I have EVER HAD!! There is zero soundproof between you and the neighbouring rooms - immediately beneath our room was the supply room for the cleaning staff and we could hear them chatting as if they were in the room with us! Some parts of the room are grubby - there are stains running down some of the walls, and the rug is dirty. There are also wires hanging from the ceiling where the smoke detector is supposed to be... which doesn't instil confidence. (See attached photos). All pretty poor when you are spending more than 100 Euro per night… But the WORST part was the noise from the clubs in the same street. Directly opposite is one that goes until 5am, but the one attached to the same building was playing music incredibly loud ALL NIGHT until 8.30am!! It was impossible to sleep. It was a Friday night and we were out until about 2am, but 8.30am… really?!! We expected Saturday night was going to be just as bad so we packed our bags the next day and moved to a different hotel (no refund; see below). And if you wanted to try and get some sleep after 8.30am? Well the curtains have big gaps between themselves and the windows meaning that lots of light comes in. And then there was drilling by a maintenance man starting at 11am! After complaining to the relevant person I was simply told ‘we should have expected it to be noisy’… very helpful! They also didn’t know that there was maintenance work being done in the building… which is a bit worrying. They refused to give us a refund for the days that we didn’t stay – they told us some non-sense about it not being possible for someone to check in again because they don’t clean over the weekend, which was clearly lies, as we saw the cleaners working on Saturday when we were leaving. In summary – DON’T STAY HERE (especially on the weekend) if you have any plans on actually sleeping, or if you care about safety (missing smoke detectors). If you complain you will be greeted with unhelpful and condescending remarks and they will keep your money even if you move out 2 days early. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
