Leonardo Hotel Antwerpen

The hotel is just opposite the train station, and below is a busy commercial street, which is very convenient. We were lucky to get a room on the second floor with a balcony, which faced the station. The room was relatively small, and the facilities were generally well maintained, but the price and location were very cost-effective

The location is very good, right next to Antwerp Central Station, especially suitable for people who want to take the train to other cities every day. The room I got on the first night was not ideal, very small, strange, and noisy next to the road, but after communicating with the front desk, I was able to get a larger room the next day. Overall, it is cheap and the location is impeccable, and you can't ask for too much else.

After entering the room, the safe was locked and could not be opened. The room phone was silent and could not be dialed. After changing rooms, the safe door was open, but the lock could not be turned back, and the safe door could not be closed. It still could not be used. I asked the front desk to help solve it. The front desk told me that the person who could open the safe was not there and asked me to wait until 3 pm. More importantly, I found that the garbage of the previous guest in this room was not taken away, which was too uncomfortable. After waiting for more than 3 pm, no one came to fix the safe. I asked to change and upgrade the room again (I agreed to pay more), but the reply was that there was no room available. I asked to cancel the room, and the hotel said that the full amount that had been prepaid would not be refunded. I complained to Ctrip, and Ctrip immediately responded, saying: Give me the result in 30 minutes, please wait for her result, and let me wait patiently. Sure enough, within 30 minutes, it was coordinated with this hotel and changed a room. There was no problem with this room. I was just trying Ctrip at the time, and I didn’t expect it to be solved, because after all, there was a time difference, and there were language problems, etc., but it was solved to my great surprise.
