Very friendly receptionist, but the cleanliness is far from ideal. The exposed part of the matrass showed visible stains, the entire bedroom floor was covered in lots of circular stains, and there were long hairs still left in the bathroom.
If it wasn't for the friendly Nepali receptionist, my experience would have been significantly less favorable.

This hotel has a great location, super convenient to get around. The room was clean and had a nice view. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay!

It is located close to Antwerp Centum. Room are clean and bright. Carrefour express are located about 3 mins away. Very convenient.

Receptionist was zeer onvriendelijk, deed zijn job blijkbaar niet graag! het kan zijn dat je een mindere dag hebt maar een beetje vriendelijkheid is hier wel op zijn plaats.
Aangekomen op de kamer een heel onaangename geur, heb mijn deo en parfum moeten gebruiken om de nacht te doorkomen zonder braakneigingen..
Kamer was niet proper, vlekken op matras had bang om in bed te kruipen overal stof en vlekken.
Douche die was er zwaar over, kijk foto's overal schimmel 🤢🤮, als ik een douche neem kom ik er graag proper uit en dit gevoel had ik niet!
Mij zien ze hier nooit meer terug.
Dikke buis voor dit hotel, raad niemand aan er naar toe te gaan!

Room smells like mold, pillows and covers full of sweat, had to open the window during the night to not suffocate. If you are reading this do not book here.

The room was absolutely filthy, marks and stains everywhere, and smelled horrible, the toilet bins were not even emptied when I checked in🤢.
Sound proofing was non existent.
And all the amenities that were listed to be in the room were nowhere to be found, and the aircon was completely useless. Set it to the lowest temperature and it was cooler outside than the room at night.
