Very lovely stay! Great hospitality and lovely staff!

Perfect location. Just opposite to the central train station

all good except i left my swim goggle in the changing room, this was my fault and unfortunately no one returned it the 'lost & found'. This hotel remains at top of lists in my choice to stay in Anterp.

Nice hotel , good location for first time coming , very easy access to everything around, food , markets everything at walking distance , very good Would love to visit same hotel on my next visit soon

It was very convenient, close to Antwerp Station. A friendly hotel staff member spoke to me until check-in and kindly explained various things. However, the hotel's photos were completely different from the ones shown, with a colorful and flashy exterior. Also, I had booked breakfast, but when I told the staff member that I couldn't eat it because I was leaving early, he said he would prepare a breakfast box for me, and told me to pick it up at the front desk when I checked out in the morning, which I was happy about, but the next morning he said it wasn't ready in time. It was disappointing.

Directly in front of the main entrance of Antwerp Central Station. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only negative point was the weak water pressure.

The hotel is located next to Antwerp Central Station, making it convenient for traveling to Brussels and surrounding cities. There are many restaurants near the hotel, and it is not too far to walk to the Grand Place of the Town Hall and Steen Castle.

On arrival the room smelled terrible. .It was not cleaned properly also in swimming pool. Location was perfect directly in the center.

The arrival was good, only I thought I had booked a room at the front of the building. This turned out not to be the case, and the hotel was otherwise full.

Nice hotel. On a top location opposite the station. Parking is possible under the hotel but is tight.

I did laundry three times. The first time, it was delivered to other guests' rooms. The third time, I couldn't find it before I checked out. They never contacted me. I called them countless times and they said they were looking for it. As of the time of writing this review, I had been back to China for 2 days and left Belgium for 5 days, but I still hadn't heard back from them about the laundry.
