A beautifully presented hotel but the area felt a little dirty. Straight across from the train station with transport galore right outside (tram, metro, bikes, scotters and more!) Chinatown next door and the zoo as well however this area feels unloved and dirty. Walking down towards Meir and onwards to Grote Markt you see the real Antwerp with beautiful ornate buildings, markets and shops. Nighttime is when the whole place feels magical. The hotel room was clean and comfortable in size. Bathroom was lovely and the beds were fairly comfortable but the room was hot. The tv casting didn’t work and we could get any of the uk channels which was disappointing. The gym is ok - not massively well equipped and the pool is so cold. Sauna and steam good although not that hot in either. Recommend as a one night pit stop but wouldn’t want to be there for longer than a couple of days.

For business trips, the location is quite convenient, right next to the Central Railway Station, but the facilities are relatively old.

The location is very good, just opposite the train station. The transportation is very convenient. The room is also very clean. It is convenient to go everywhere. It is not far to walk to the city center. Overall, it is a very good hotel and worth recommending!

It was very convenient, close to Antwerp Station. A friendly hotel staff member spoke to me until check-in and kindly explained various things. However, the hotel's photos were completely different from the ones shown, with a colorful and flashy exterior. Also, I had booked breakfast, but when I told the staff member that I couldn't eat it because I was leaving early, he said he would prepare a breakfast box for me, and told me to pick it up at the front desk when I checked out in the morning, which I was happy about, but the next morning he said it wasn't ready in time. It was disappointing.
