飯店位置還算方便，但整潔度不是這麼完善，check in 完進房時書桌未清理乾淨有油漬，廁所地板乾淨度也不盡理想，還有保險箱無法使用，東西放進去後門就打不開 兩次都得要求飯店人員來開啟

The guy at the front desk was very nice, but the parking is terrible. The €22 parking fee requires you to pick up your car before 11:00 the next day. Previously, I parked at other hotels and could pick it up before 3:00 the next day. There is a paid parking lot nearby for €22 for 24 hours, but the front desk didn't tell me about it. If you need to park, please park in the paid parking lot next door, which is more convenient and easier to find than the hotel.

We booked 2 nights under un refundable condition, but had to change to 1 night due to family reason. We requested for a change and the hotel accepted via email; however, on the system it said the hotel rejected the change so the cancellation failed.
When we got to the hotel and confirmed if the cancellation was accepted; they said the stay was modified to one night by Trip.com (which is not the case in the system) and that Trip.com took the money (did not refund for the other night). We were just trying to understand if the room is still available for 2 nights since we paid for 2 nights. But instead of listening to us, the hotel staff kept yelling at us. It was extremely aggressive and unwelcoming. In addition to this, the elevator is stinky. And the hair dryer did not work. We will not recommend this hotel.
Also Trip.com service has been so underwhelming, not responsive at all despite multiple attempts on different channels.

I stayed at the Hotel Jamingo in Antwerp for 3 consecutive nights. The early check-in service provided by Ctrip was good. The room design was simple and modern, and the overall hotel experience was quite comfortable.
