The hotel is just 2 km from the entrance of the National Park. The hotel room was clean and big the food was tasty and fine. A highlight is the volcanic hot springs.

Great service and delicious breakfast. There was snowfall when we stayed in March, so it was nice having snowplay and photo taking around the forest area beside the hotel. The staff were kind and ensured that we stayed hydrated, by providing us with extra water and beverages.

i'm not chinese and cant speak chinese so i can't communicate with front office to pick me up from trainstation so i use taxi from Changbai train station to this hotel with cost 100 yuan.
when arrive, a young chinese women in tradition korean custome greeted me so well. she try to communicate with me and friend by wechat. made me so impressed.
i went ski and the receptionist arrange ski class and ski suit rental for us.
variety of breakfast :)
hotel arrange bus to send me and my friend to next hotel. that's so lovely :)

The service in this Hotel is truly amazing. They're welcomming, helping, and even carring, I arrived late and they offer me some fruits and some of their snacks :)
They provide free transportation from the station to the hotel, as well as if ur going to Changbai Montain, u just need to give them a call (in chinese).
They will take the time to call u and give u some advice for local food and attractions. Defenitly recommend it, its worth it !

This hotel doesn't accept foreigners.
We had booked a night in an RV and were directed to a campsite nearby. We had a great night! The RV was well equipped and cosy. The campsite is close to a beautiful forest where it's possible to walk around. The autumn colors on the leaves were beautiful.

The overall style is Korean, but the service is far inferior to that of the Blue View. Even though it's peak season, the room benefits charge a separate fee for children over 1.2 meters, regardless of whether they use the room or not. And the added fee doesn't include an extra bed. The main communication was quite frustrating. In contrast, the Blue View proactively informs guests that there's no extra charge for extra children and offers excellent service. This immediately highlights the lack of advantages this hotel offers. Since it's a room benefit and no additional services are added, there shouldn't be any additional charges.

The hotel house is very unique, and it is even more beautiful when it snows. The hot spring is very comfortable and beautiful. The breakfast is very rich, enough to spend a day in Changbai Mountain. The room facilities are very good, and the TV is very good. I don't know if it's because it's halfway up the mountain, but there is no laundry room.
