位置所在區域距離飯店一條街比較近，距離二道白河鎮打車十幾分鍾，和長白山火車站距離差不多。不在鎮中心熱鬧區段，晚上安靜。
温泉開到晚上9點，需要合理安排時間。孩子們有一個池子可以游泳玩，很淺很安全。大人可以先不同温度的池子。可惜室外温泉沒開。

差評，服務差評。記得預訂時有高鐵接站服務，打了酒店電話，説要提前12小時預訂，如果沒預訂，要等40分鐘。我問如果自己打車怎麼樣，她説特別方便。於是開始預約車，結果有幾百人在預約，而且接單更新特別慢。到了出口，工作人員説根本預約不上，坐免費公交到附近，然後步行到酒店。下公交後步行1公里左右。我腿腳不方便，一公里路走了差不多一小時。第二天早上不小心把手割破了，給前台打電話説麻煩送個創口貼，酒店服務員説衹有她一個人，沒辦法送。早上10點多要去街上，開始預約車，平台顯示有70多人預約，接單更新幾乎不動。去諮詢前台，前台説他們也沒辦法。我問酒店的車能不能送一下，前台問了司機，司機説她要去接站，我説順路捎帶下，她説了句方言，沒聽懂，就走了。總之，酒店服務就是推辭，反正推了就是，沒有服務意識。深刻理解了“忽悠”一詞的含金量。

價格漲到將近1000，也沒有任何服務可言。帶着小朋友加個被子沒有，打不到車問能不能送一下高鐵站也不送，房間就是普通快捷酒店水平，位置偏遠，周圍啥也沒有，地圖導航都搜不到這家的名字。
