房間WIFI連不上，電視也看不了。找前台，前台説他們這網就是這樣，解決不了。房間裏沒有飲用水 找前台，説一個房間一天就兩瓶，我説我那房間就沒有啊，這才不情不願的給了兩瓶，跟要飯似的，還説咋可能沒有呢。房間設施就更別提了 老舊不堪，床賊硬，隔音也不好，晚上到處都是各種噪音，房間裏連個桌子都沒有，連住兩天房間不收拾，也不補水和清潔用品，洗完澡的浴巾毛巾也沒人收拾。第二天直接自帶水上去喝了，不想再去要飯。

房間超乾淨，雖然不大但是很温馨，視野也很好。
前台阿姨很熱心，有旅行的問題她都會一一耐心解答。讓我充電不要掃充電寶插上沖就行，跟我説去哪吃晚飯等等 旁邊就是小集 還可以吃燒烤

帶娃家庭的首選！這個酒店對小朋友特別友好！房間寬敞，有家庭房可選。老闆看我們帶孩子，主動提供了小童拖鞋和洗漱用品。周邊安靜安全，孩子玩得開心，大人也省心。下次來長白山還會住這裏！
