這次入住長白皇冠假日酒店真的太驚喜了！必須好好誇誇，尤其是管家“瑩瑩，小張”的服務，簡直是寶藏級體驗！從入住開始就感受到了滿滿的熱情，無論有什麼需求都響應得特別快，最讓我感動的是，多虧了管家的貼心安排和建議，我們才順利看到了心心念唸的天池，要知道天池的天氣可太看運氣了，這份幫助真的太珍貴！
回來的時候，管家還特意準備了飲品，冰爽解乏，細節處全是温暖。而且酒店自帶的聚龍温泉也必須重點表揚，一天遊玩下來泡個温泉，渾身的疲憊都消散了，水温舒服，環境也很棒，帶小朋友一起泡更是愜意，完全不用特意跑遠。
另外必須提一嘴，酒店的各種權益對帶娃家庭太友好了，小朋友玩得不亦樂乎，完全不用費心找活動，全程輕鬆又開心。總之，這次體驗滿分，絕對是來長白山的首選，已經把酒店列入回購清單啦！

1. It exceeded expectations. This is the best hotel I've stayed in this year, despite traveling so many places with my children. We even extended our stay for 4 nights. The housekeepers, Yingying and Xiao Zhang, were incredibly helpful, and you can tell the hotel management is well-managed. Don't forget to give them a thumbs-up! 2. As a former IHG D-card Ambassador, I think this hotel is one of the best in China. It's conveniently located, has comprehensive amenities, and excellent service. The Changbai Mountain VIP access is like a time machine, and the zoo and day trips are a real treat for the kids. While soaking in the hot springs, I heard strangers remark on how much better this hotel is than the nearby Blue View and Hilton. Go for it, Crown Changbai Mountain!

The room, service, and meals were up to Crowne Plaza standards. The various stir-fried mushrooms in the Chinese restaurant were excellent. Most importantly, the VIP access to the mountain saved at least three hours of queuing time. It was very close to the mountain gate, so I slept well and ate well before heading up the mountain. It was an efficient trip, very good. Kudos to the housekeepers, Xiao Zhang and Yingying.
