環境：距離長白山北集散中心步行可達
服務：酒店工作人員服務熱情周到
衞生：乾淨整潔
設施：房間寬敞明亮落地窗
酒店距離長白山北區集散中心步行可達，帶着孩子出行，很是方便。酒店還免費提供自行車，騎車到一口長白，雲頂市集，中華秋沙鴨公園，二道白河鎮數十分鐘。步行去以上地點也不算遠。晚上追趕着夜色，出來遛彎很是涼爽。酒店旁邊就是二道白河，河水從酒店旁流過，順着河水可以走到中華秋沙鴨公園。在酒店內還能偶遇孔雀。酒店內也設有餐廳，不去鎮上在酒店就餐也很方便。
有長白山高鐵站接送服務，冰屋體驗，2大1小露天湯池等特色體驗。

酒店服務非常專業，服務人員非常熱情，耐心講解，管家王巖提前一天給打電話高鐵接送，非常熱情專業。房間設計感強，很舒適。酒店位置離北景區集散中心步行5分鐘，很方便。本次入住很滿意。

房間和餐飲都比較失望，不值比柏悦還貴的價。
燒酒屋的東西，不太純粹，平時吃的慣外賣的可以吃，嘗不出來。
早餐的鐵板燒還行。
管家服務的很周到。送站接站，時間安排的很好。
