服務：淡季入住，沒有因為客人少而有所怠慢，還受到了酒店工作人員的熱情招待，實名點贊Michael王希斌，應該是資深酒店管理人員，非常專業，有素養，帶着我們參觀了整個酒店，入住期間親切認真的介紹和服務，令人印象深刻。餐飲、私湯的服務人員也專業認真，酒店有接送站服務，入住首日還趕上大堂happy hour飲料酒水暢飲，彌補了沒有minibar的缺憾。
設施：設施齊全，配套不錯。酒店內就有冰屋可以體驗，還能“鐵鍋燉自己”。此次入住的房型，設計合理，採光視野好，加床之後仍然寬敞，設計合理，洗手間乾濕分離，馬桶淋浴單獨隔間，有浴缸。大堂、廊道中自由穿梭的孔雀🦚，户外草坪白白胖胖的羊駝一家，讓整個酒店更鮮活可愛。自帶的餐廳味道環境都不錯，值得單獨再點個贊。
衞生：衞生合格，進房間的第一感覺是乾淨整潔的，歡迎水果也洗的很乾凈，值得特別表揚。
環境：長白山腳下，植被繁茂。露天湯池有特色，私湯私密清幽，餐廳在河畔，流水邊用餐，愜意又出片。
建議：早餐可能因為淡季，餐品一般，跟房價不成正比，期待改良，當然服務員姐姐也挺熱情，用餐還是愉快的。前台有位經驗不足的美女，服務方面的思路和意識有待加強，但溝通也是愉快的，算善意提醒吧。
期待下次入住，會推薦給身邊朋友。

酒店户外很漂亮，風景值得一看。衞生差強人意，因為孩子發燒，陪孩子在房間休息，目睹了客服人員不到十分鐘做完了套房的衞生，效果可想而知，衹能安慰自己是為了不打擾孩子休息速戰速決吧。中餐廳菜品味道不錯，但是孩子吃不了辣，能吃的不多
