The staff were very kind and we were impressed by their sincere attitude toward the guests. We booked the Gyegok trekking through Trip.com, but as foreigners, we had trouble communicating with the trekking company. The manager helped us, and we had a wonderful time that will remain a pleasant memory.
If we have the chance to come to Changbai Mountain again, we would definitely choose this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We are truly grateful for the warm hearts of all the staff.
Also, grilling skewers and enjoying a glass of soju in the hotel parking lot was an unforgettable delight.

The service provided by customer service manager Dong is warm, thoughtful and considerate. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The parent-child suite is upgraded for free. It is not far from the scenic spot. There are shared bicycles opposite the hotel. The experience is not bad! I left the hotel early and did not have breakfast. The meal packs were sent, which was very heartwarming. It is recommended that the indoor bathing pool should be marked not to wear swimming trunks to bathe.
