The hotel was spotless. Our room's balcony overlooked a lush lawn, and waking up to that view instantly brightened my day. The service was absolutely outstanding. Last night, the hairdryer broke after my shower. To be honest, I didn't have high hopes when I called the front desk; I half-expected them to say it was a common issue or that they didn't have a spare to replace it with. Instead, they promptly sent up a brand new one! I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends, and I'll certainly stay here again on my next visit.

It's a Mercure, after all! The overall service was excellent, and the rooms were impeccably clean – truly nothing to worry about. They even offer a complimentary pick-up service. The value for money is exceptional! We were welcomed with complimentary ginseng tea, which was especially nice after coming back from a rafting trip. Breakfast was very satisfying; they had everything you could possibly want. Highly recommended!
