The service was excellent. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left, every staff member responded to everything. I didn't see Tianchi this time, but I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Changbai Mountain.

The soundproofing is really bad. All the points are for the guy at the front desk. The service is really good. But the soundproofing of the room is really bad. You can hear the noise from the corridor, the front hall, and the kitchen when you sleep in the room. I didn't sleep all night.
