非常感謝前台的小姐姐，人美心善，服務熱情周到，有親和力。昨天晚上泡完酒店贈送的温泉，我們獨自去吃飯了，就沒有乘坐定時班車回到酒店，前台的小姐姐馬上就來電話詢問在哪裡，是否需要幫助？這麼貼心細緻的服務，在這漆黑的寒冬夜，給我們全家帶來了無限的温暖。第二天玩得太晚下山，前台的小姐姐馬上幫我們聯繫安排車輛回到二道白河。等今年七月再來長白山，還住這裏！

酒店就在和平滑雪場，滑雪特別方便，不限時滑雪太爽了。酒店到皇冠温泉也有車送，特別方便。環境好，不吵鬧，地暖也很好。另外，藍牙地理丟了，酒店前台美美下班後快遞給我，特別貼心。很滿意一次旅行？

民宿非常好，套票包滑雪和泡温泉，温泉可以選擇藍景和皇冠假日温泉，還有接送站服務，接送温泉，性價比極高

房間很好暖氣很足熱水很棒，老闆和前台小姐姐也很熱情好客，位置在滑雪場裏面滑雪很方便，去泡温泉有接送車（*¯︶¯*）

在去長白山皇冠假日路上的半山腰，房間不錯，早餐也OK。管家提醒也到位！清凈，幸好有接送（但有時間規定，請先查閲接送時間再買火車票）
最讚的是可以獲得上長白山的VIP通道票，大大減少了上山排隊時間
