Extremely neat and clean! Beds, windows, bathroom, and even amenities. I was quite surprised to see that level of rooms in those town. And the food was fabulous as well! They serve morning buffet, and the foods were just like their rooms, fresh and tasty. Of course the staffs were very helpful and supportive. If you’re foreign travelers like me and care about clean rooms, this hotel must be your choice to see around Changbaishan.

Location: The hotel is very close to the train station. The hotel has a pick-up service. You can make an appointment one day in advance. The driver is very good. It is close to nearby restaurants, the northern slope of Changbai Mountain, and the Demon World Rafting. Environment: The hotel is very clean. The guest rooms are basically equipped with daily necessities. There are also crutches for the elderly. This is the first time I have encountered such a thing. I guess they are afraid that it will be too slippery on snowy days. The 1.35 bed in the twin room is enough for an adult to sleep with a 6-year-old child. The breakfast is self-service and relatively complete. There are noodles, rice, Western and Chinese, and the taste is also good. Service: The service is excellent, especially Manager Zhao who is a kind-hearted sister who specializes in receiving tourist consultations in the hotel lobby. It is the tourist season now, and it is a little difficult to call a taxi because the place is small. Manager Zhao helped us find a taxi to go out for dinner. We didn’t get the tickets for Changbai Mountain at first, and Manager Zhao also helped us find a way and told us that it is fun and delicious there. Thank you very much. Finally, the hotel has a lot of hot springs, both indoors and outdoors, with various medicinal soups and pools with different effects. We still prefer the outdoor hot springs. It is also a special experience to soak in the hot springs outdoors at minus 17 degrees. It is worth the trip and very satisfied

The environment is very clean and tidy, and the hotel is cleaned very well every day. The hotel provides self-service washing machines and dryers. Although the clothes in the washing machine were taken out early because of other guests, the hotel was very proactive and solved the problem very well. The overall stay was really good. You can also store your luggage when you leave the hotel on your last day. Don’t be too anxious. Long live mutual understanding! Before leaving, they gave me some local specialty souvenirs, I loved it. The hotel provides a good daily breakfast.

At first I wanted to stay in a chain hotel, like All Seasons Orange. I finally chose this hotel because it has a three-bed family room, so three adults and three children could fit into one room. When I came to the hotel, I felt that the environment was very good. The lobby was warm and comfortable, and the decoration was very new. There was no decoration smell. The room was a duplex room with a loft and stairs. The children loved it. The most important thing is that the beautiful lady at the front desk is very enthusiastic. Seeing that we couldn't find a car with our children and luggage, she even helped us find a car to go to the Xipo Hotel. I felt the warm-heartedness of the Northeast people. In short, although this hotel is not a chain, I think it is no worse than a chain. I will consider staying here next time I come to Erdaobaihe🌹

Hotel is in Erdao Baihe town about 5 km from Changbaishan raiway station. Still far from Chanbaishan. Hotel has no service to Changbaishan. Room has a good size. Bathroom is big and function properly. There is a coffee machaine. The negative side is very bad internet connectoon.

The hotel is in a great location, there are welcome fruits in the evening, and the hotel restaurant also has free hot porridge in the evening. You can walk to the North Slope Tourist Distribution Center and Edelweiss Park, which are basically within 2 kilometers. I thought it would be tiring to walk before, but after walking twice, it is completely acceptable. You can also walk to the Rice Station. It is a little far to the Yunding Palace. Take the shuttle bus from Edelweiss Park or Rice Station. There are also places to eat nearby. Erdaobaihe Town is not big, so it is very convenient. However, the room service was not up to standard. The room was not cleaned up the next day. Only the toiletries were changed. I didn't know that the toiletries in the shower were gone. I only found out that the bottle was empty when I washed my hair at night. It was really unacceptable. I still like Atour very much, and now I often consider Atour when I go out. I am not posting this to hold anyone responsible, but I just hope that Atour can work hard to improve so that more people can have one more choice.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

The hotel upgraded the room for free, and the double bed had an extra large bed. The hotel decoration was pretty good. The hotel master Sun was also very enthusiastic, unlike the xhs lightning rod driver who always promoted sales. The price was also reasonable, and there was no limit on the time of playing. I felt more comfortable these days than in Harbin, and the natural scenery was very good! It's a pity that I didn't see Tianchi. I will come back to see it if I have the chance during the summer vacation~

The hotel is located in the centre of town, within walking distance to lots of amazing restaurants, the family room is also quite spacious so definitely a great place to stay for families with young kids. The only downside is that there isn’t any hot spring within the hotel

The hotel also provides a pick-up service, which is very convenient to get to the hotel after getting off the train. The family room I booked is quite large and comfortable. The hotel is a little far from Erdaobaihe Town, but it only takes five to ten minutes to get there by taxi. Overall, it is very convenient. The hotel's Master Jia and Master Li are very down-to-earth. They can book chartered cars, scenic spot tickets, etc. on behalf of the hotel. The charges are reasonable. Overall, the living experience is good and it is highly recommended.
